The primary school stage is the key period for children's growth and development, the physical quality of all aspects of the rapid development, the development of physical coordination ability of primary school students is the most important, but many primary school students in this age group show low physical coordination ability.Crawling exercises can promote the stability and balance of human body, and there are many ways of crawling movement, which accords with the characteristics of primary school age.In this study,a 16-week crawling exercise was conducted to test whether crawling had a positive effect on physical coordination. The main purpose is to improve the physical coordination of children with lack of crawling in infancy,to lay the foundation for their future study of sports techniques and movements, and to provide a certain theoretical basis for crawling into the primary school physical education classroom and to develop the coordination of students' physical fitness. This study used literature method, expert interview method, experiment method, mathematical statistics method to carry on the crawling practice to the students whose body is not coordinated caused by the lack of crawling in the first infancy of the affiliated primary school level of Hebei normal University. After four-step screening and visual observation, asking PE teachers, parents to verify, the final determination of 65 infant crawling missing primary school students, randomly divided into two groups, namely, experimental group and control group, using the exercise time between classes for a period of four months of teaching experiments, before and after the experiment, respectively, physical coordination indicators and functional action tests.Results:(1)After the experiment, compared with the control group, the five indexes of body coordination index were statistically different(P<0.05),among which male soft jump had very significant difference(P<0.01)and table tennis control had no statistical difference(P<0.05).(2)After the experiment, compared with the control group, there were no statistical differences between the five indexes of FMS,straight bow and arrow step, straight leg active lifting, trunk stability push-ups,torsion/rotation stability(P<0.05),squat and shoulder flexibility(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)The research proves that the design of crawling movement in this study is reasonable, and it is suitable for the first stage students of infant crawling missing level to carry out physical coordination ability exercises.(2)Reptile exercises can effectively improve the coordination of upper and lower limbs, limbs and trunk, and periodic coordination of the students at the level of crawling loss in infancy.(3)The stability and coordination of the ankle, knee, hip and trunk of a student can be improved by crawling exercises.
