In the contemporary physical training,the core area strength training is an important part of strength training,the core area strength training is divided into the core area stability training and the core area dynamic training,and the "bridge" action is the core area stability training common training methods."Bridge" core area strength training can improve the stability of the body,prevent sports injury,improve the efficiency of body strength transmission,enhance the balance of the body,improve the body's shape,improve physical fitness.Based on this,this paper studies the muscle working law of static "bridge" action and the muscle working law of the same "bridge" static and dynamic movement in different plane movements,and provides the theoretical basis and practical basis for how different groups should adopt "bridge" action in training.The literature method was used to consult the literature to comb the article ideas and standardize the "bridge" action,and by measuring the wireless surface myoelectric Italian 32 BTS FREEEMG300 instrument to measure the fitness class 30 male students muscle activation timing,muscle activation degree(RMS)and muscle discharge(IEMG);The data of muscle work law of the strength training method of the "bridge" core area are summarized and analyzed by mathematical statistical method.The following conclusions are reached:(1)In the static force and power of various "bridge" movements,some muscles in the activation of the sequence there is a sequence,in the duration of the difference in length.Some muscles are activated earlier,but do not have an advantage in muscle strength and contribution.In the static "bridge" action,the abdominal bridge first activates the abdominal front chain muscle,the hip bridge activates the body's back chain musclefirst,the side bridge activates the body's side chain muscles first.(2)In a variety of "bridge" movement activation degree,are the left abdominal outer oblique muscle and right abdominal oblique muscle movement unit raising and excited rhythm high,left strand bicep syllone long head and right bicep syllone long head movement unit raise and excitement rhythm low.Some of the different "bridge" movements have muscle activation degree order consistency,while muscle movement unit collection and excitement rhythms are different.(3)In the static force and power of various "bridge" movement muscle contribution rate,the left abdominal extrapor muscle,right abdominal oblique muscle,right abdominal straight muscle is the main participation of all movements of the muscle,discharge volume,high contribution rate,of which the left abdominal outer oblique muscle and the right abdominal transtelice about 50% of the selected muscle contribution rate.In some "bridge" actions,there is the same order of muscle contribution,but there is a difference in the size of contribution values.(4)To the right support as an example,the same law exists in various "bridge" movements is in different plane movements on the left and right side muscle hair force and contribution value size there is asymmetry,most of the right side muscle discharge and contribution rate is greater than the left muscle.
