New era for the further implementation of Xi Chinese characteristics socialism and the party's 19 big spirit,according to "the central committee of the communist party of China,the state council on deepening the reform of the new age teachers team construction comprehensive opinions(found [2018] no.4)the decision deployment,according to the national education career development" much starker choices-and graver consequences-in planning work requirements,take concrete measures to promote the development of teacher education,strive to build a high quality professional innovative teachers.The new era has put forward new requirements for teachers' learning and development,and kindergarten teachers' learning has gradually aroused extensive discussion among domestic educators.As a kindergarten teacher,its task is not only the children's physical health caregivers,but also to promote children's physical and mental health,comprehensive development of educators.The study on kindergarten teacher learning,in a sense,is equivalent to grasp the core issue of promoting the professional development of kindergarten teachers.This study firstly defines the connotation of kindergarten teachers and learning,and on this basis,combining with the existing literature compiled the kindergarten teachers' learning situation questionnaire,in shijiazhuang city kindergarten teachers in the learning motivation,learning content,learning,learning methods and learning environment,on the basis of questionnaire survey,the different farm the nature and position of the kindergarten teachers were structured interviews,using spss20.0 statistical software to analyze data,to explore the present situation of the kindergarten teachers' learning,analysis the influence factors of kindergarten teachers' learning,and proposes the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.This study is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,which explores the reasons for the study of kindergarten teacher learning,sorts out the research literature on teacher learning at home and abroad,and takes adult learning theory and teacher professional learning community theory as the theoretical basis of this study.The second part is the research topic,thoughts,methods and tools.The third part of questionnaire and interview as the main research method,investigating the current situation of Shijiazhuang city kindergarten teachers' learning and understanding of Shijiazhuang kindergarten teachers' learning motivation,learning content,learning,learning,learning environment,etc,and the problems that exist in the kindergarten teachers' learning and their causes are analyzed and discussed.The fourth part through the investigation of the analysis,from a variety of perspectives put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.The research results show that shijiazhuang city kindergarten teachers have strong recognition in learning,the garden also in various forms to urge all kindergarten teachers' learning actively,kindergarten teachers' learning also has some problems: kindergarten teachers' learning motivation is to inspire,garden for kindergarten teachers provide material guarantee and learning environment to promote,relevant education departments to promote kindergarten teachers' learning policies formulated by the system to be perfect.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions from the perspective of adult learning theory,teacher professional learning community and national macro level.This paper tries to promote kindergarten teachers to exert their autonomy in learning.Meanwhile,the government departments increase the training of kindergarten teachers,launch diversified learning designs,and implement national training programs with the support of policies and funds to improve the learning quality of kindergarten teachers.
