Under the background that the whole society is increasingly demanding for safety,disaster education has received extensive and profound attention,Disaster education is an important measure to prevent disasters in modern society.The primary school stage is an important period of enlightenment education,Pupils are the most in need of protection and the most vulnerable group.Therefore,we should start disaster education from primary school students and train students' disaster awareness from primary school,As the main position of education,schools should carry out disaster education.This research takes the students of a primary school in Qinhuangdao as the investigation object,starting from the teachers' and students' attitudes towards disaster education,Resources and guarantees of disaster education,the contents and forms of disaster education,the effects and evaluation of disaster education.Based on the theory of human comprehensive development theory,human needs hierarchy theory,learning survival education theory,life education theory,the characteristics and laws of physical and mental development of pupils,using a variety of methods,such as questionnaire,interview and literature etc,to understand the current situation of the implementation of disaster education in the high school of primary school,to explore the reasons that affect primary school disaster education,and to develop countermeasures for primary school disaster education.In order to be able to guide practice again through theory and provide reference experience for the research and construction of disaster education in other primary schools.The survey results of the implementation status of disaster education in primary schools show that teachers and students are relatively satisfied with disaster education in primary schools,But the resources and guarantees for disaster education are lacking,the content and form of disaster education are rigid,and the effect and evaluation of disaster education are formalized.Through practical investigation,this study found that the main factors that affect the implementation of primary school disaster education are funding,systems,courses,personnel,and hardware facilities.In this regard,we can improve the importance of disaster education for teachers and students,Exploit the resources of disaster education and strengthen guarantee,innovating the content and form of disaster education,and establishing a scientific assessment and evaluation system.
