At present,the hot issue of education in China is still education reform and improvement of education quality.The past history and experience of education reform tell us that the important role of teachers should not be neglected from planning to implementation.Teachers should be the leader and actor of education reform instead of the object of reform.Teachers' teaching leadership plays a strong supporting role in education reform.Teacher teaching leadership is a new research field of principal leadership under the theory development of distributed leadership,which is conducive to the implementation of teacher professional development.There is also a growing interest in teacher leadership.It is not enough to study the teacher's teaching leadership.In the end,it is necessary to explore the influence of teacher's teaching leadership on effective teaching if it is to be effective in classroom teaching.In addition,some studies have shown that target awareness has a greater impact on effective teaching.Combining the two will broaden the perspective and perspective of research,which is conducive to the improvement of teaching behavior.This study adopts the method of literature and questionnaire,and select the rural middle school teachers in Hebei Province as the research objects.This paper sorts out core concepts such as "teaching effectiveness","teaching leadership","teacher teaching leadership" and "goal consciousness",and analyzes the logical relationship between teaching effectiveness,teaching leadership and goal consciousness of rural middle school teachers.Factor analysis of teacher's teaching leadership and goal awareness through the collection and analysis of questionnairesThe research results show that in improving the effectiveness of teaching,both teaching leadership and teaching goal awareness have an important role in promoting and have a positive predictive power.For rural middle school teachers,teaching age and professional titles are very relevant for their performance.There is much room for improvement in teaching execution,innovation,teaching responsibility,and goal awareness.Combined with the analysis,I put forward five suggestions: improve the effectiveness of teachers 'teaching behaviors,and focus on teachers' teaching execution;encourage teachers to maintain professional enthusiasm and professional curiosity,cultivate teaching innovation ability;focus on teacher growth,and adopt different methods and support models for teachers at different stages;enhancing rural teachers 'professional identity,promoting professional achievements,internally generating a sense of teaching responsibility;highlighting output orientation,and strengthening teachers' awareness of teaching goals.
