At present,research on the effectiveness of rural primary school princ ipal leadership problems is more covered the rural school construction of rural teachers and rural left-behind children situation.But it is undeniable that rural principals as transforming the idea of running a school,the sch ool leaders and managers,leadership effectiveness research for rural teach ers,as followers school as the main development of the students and the whole development of rural schools has theoretical and practical value of the.However,influenced by empiricism,the main body of education admin istration often promotes the efficiency of principals' leadership by simple i nvestment.In order to promote the development of rural schools,we negl ect the continuity of leadership process and the systematicness of school organizations in management.With open system theory and school field vi ew's appearance,provides a new idea for reference for all levels of educat ion administrative subject.It can help them re-examine the leadership and school development.Relizing the reason why rural primary school principa ls leadership effectiveness is low and how to promote the rural primary s chool principals leadership effectiveness.First of all,this study carried out a comprehensive and comprehensiv e analysis of the current situation of education in X District,including the economic and social generalization of X District,the number and distribu tion of schools,the conditions of running schools and the situation of edu cational investment.It provided the background information for the develo pment of rural primary schools in X district from the macro level.Then,t hrough field immersion interviews and observations,the presentation of le adership effectiveness in rural primary schools is presented from the pers pective of principals' own quality and ability,school teachers and school e nvironment.With the field in the study area based on the background of the development of rural primary school,combined with the related theor y,analyze and sort out the cause of rural primary school principals leader ship effectiveness,including the leader on the issue of cultural cognition a nd institutional environment,strong leadership in the environment of the personality and leadership behavior reflection and followers of the professi onal affection and professional skills problem.By reason of the rural leadership effectiveness research and practical needs and draw lessons from the open system theory and school field the ory.We can regard the leadership effectiveness as an input-output conver sion process.Put forward the path selection of rural primary school leade rship effectiveness:(1)The investment environment optimization leadershi p system and culture aspect.To improve the funding mechanism for comp ulsory education,create a shared vision of the school culture,promote res ource sharing in Regional Compulsory Education;(2)Transformation strate gy and technical level,strengthen the leadership strength and school orien tation:regional network construction,improve the protection mechanism o f principals' leadership behavior,to improve leadership practice in reflectio n;(3)Technical transformation to strengthen the construction of rural tea chers follow power:learning organization,satisfy the need of followers,fol lowers of the cultivation of College Business feelings and skills.Through t hree aspects of input and transformation and ultimately output leadership effectiveness.
