Developing rural education is a great event with great achievements and benefits in the future which rural teachers are the key element.With the development of society,the rural teachers team has undergone structural adjustment,more and more young teachers joined the troops of rural teachers and become the backbone and vanguards of rural education gradually.Compared with the traditional rural teachers,"new generation" rural teacher showing maladjustment and even conflict in their local living.As the mainstay and fresh blood of rural school reform and development,the survival conditions of the "new generation" of rural teachers relates to their daily teaching quality,life experience and even the development of rural education.It's necessary to pay close attention to the living status of rural teachers.Thereby improving the environment conditions for rural teachers and the quality of life.The paper starts from the perspective of educational ecology,adopted a pluralistic research method including qualitative,quantitative and philosophical methods in the process of research to depict the real survival conditions of “New Generation” rural teachers.On the basis of investigation to the analysis the influence factor and puts forward some suggestions to improve their living conditions.The research is mainly composed of the following parts:The first part is prolegomenon,mainly on the selection of subjects,the purpose and significance of research,research methods,research train of thought,the difficulties and innovation of the research,the relevant domestic and international research results.The second part emphasized on the core concepts,relevant theoretical foundations,and perspective of the research.The third part is the design and implementation of the investigation,including and the establishment and hand out of the questionnaire,the interview subjects and outline,briefly explain the chosen respondent and the process of the survey.The four part is the main part of the thesis.Based on the collection and analysis of the investigation data,the thesis presents the real survival condition of “new generation” rural teachers through four dimensions: microecosystem survival state,intermediate ecosystem survival state,external ecosystem survival state and macroecosystem survival state,each dimension is expanded from different perspectives.So as to reveal the reality state of survival conditions of "New Generation" rural teachers.Through the above research,although the sur-vival conditions of "New Generation" rural teachers has improved in recent years,there still face a greater survival pressure and their survival satisfaction is not high.On the whole,the survival condition is not optimistic.The fifth are the core parts,effort is made to explore and analyze the influential factors of the survival conditions of "new generation" rural teachers,mainly consist of physical ecological environment,institutional ecological environment,spiritual ecological environment,physical behavioral ecological environment.Based on the above analysis,the sixth part try to provide some approaches to improve the quality of life and the optimized path to a decent survival conditions for the "new generation" rural teachers from the aspects of teachers themselves,school management,state guarantee,social environment.The last part is conclusion,based on the reflection of research above,puts forward some research prospects.
