| With the development of The Times,the revitalization of rural education has become an irresistible trend.Just as the so-called education plan,teachers are the foundation,the key to the revitalization of rural preschool education is the steady development of teachers.Therefore,in order to build a high-quality and stable team of rural preschool teachers,we must pay attention to the living conditions of rural preschool teachers.The existence of rural preschool teachers has its complicated situation.To study the living conditions of rural preschool teachers from the perspective of life ontology is not only the affirmation of the life value of rural preschool teachers,but also the key to the development of rural kindergartens.In this study,339 teachers from 15 rural kindergartens in 5 counties of X City were selected as the research object.The questionnaire questionnaire on the living conditions of rural preschool teachers was adapted as the research tool.Meanwhile,SPSS21.0 was used for data processing and descriptive statistics were used to calculate the scores of each dimension of the living conditions of rural preschool teachers.And combined with the interview method,in the perspective of life philosophy of the survival of rural preschool teachers to conduct a comprehensive in-depth,to reflect the real state of existing rural preschool teachers,to understand the changes in rural preschool teachers’ condition and the existing problems,and discusses the influence factors of problem and puts forward a feasible path to optimize rural preschool teachers live.The results show that the working environment of rural preschool teachers has been improved.The training strength of rural preschool teachers has changed.At the same time,there are still some problems in the living situation of rural preschool teachers,including: lack of material support for survival,fading teaching passion,low sense of professional achievement,weak awareness of professional development and so on.According to the existing research results,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the living conditions of rural preschool teachers,including social environment and national policies and other key factors.At the level of kindergarten,the restrictive factors including management system and physical and chemical environment were analyzed.The teacher level includes the analysis of the decisive factors such as theme awareness and self-expectation.Finally,according to the research conclusions,suggestions are put forward to improve the survival of rural preschool teachers from the perspective of life philosophy.Firstly,rural preschool teachers should start from themselves,exert their autonomy,cultivate their research consciousness,establish correct values,attach importance to the value of their own life,and rebuild the life world.Secondly,kindergarten should build a high-quality living environment,standardize the education system,strengthen humanistic care,encourage teachers to return to rural teaching;Finally,starting from the social environment,the paper puts forward the paths of increasing material input,promoting multi-party cooperation,perfecting training system and constructing learning community for the development of rural early childhood education. |
