The reform and open-up policy at the end of the 20 th century has produced a startling reduction of rural development.whether culture, education, economy and law have developed flourishingly as well.Rural education is the most important of our education.Teachers who are engineers of human soul, should be given consideration and help, especially the primary school aging teachers.Although they are the main force of rural education, very few people study their surviving state. This may be due to their harsh environment and special work experience. The research applied three methods, including literature, questionnaire and field studies. Both the implicit and the explicit aspects are taken into consideration in the system. This study analyzes the impacts of aging teachers’ surviving state for rural education. Meanwhile, the impact factors of aging teachers’ surviving state are also analyzed. Finally, this paper proposes some coping tactics in this regard. The conclusion of this study includes the following aspects: the primary school aging teacher’s living state is better than before both inside and outside, but there are many factual problems;Apart from internal reasons, there are many impacts of external causes which include the school management, government policy, social development.Accordingly,I propose the following recommendation which includes improving teachers benefits;expanding the number of collective teachers;establishing a system of reasonable movement of teachers;strengthening the teacher training;giving aging teachers more human attention;strengthening the main body of their own construction.
