The class is the most basic unit of the school education and teaching activities, andit’s also the basic unit for the school students to live in and learn. At present, the situation ofour country’s middle schools’ classes’ objective management is still not hopeful. For example,the class management of the teacher is so arbitrary; The contents of the class management areso one-sided; The class is lack of standardized management system of class; The classmanagement’s approaches are so outdated; When the teacher uses the class management,there isn’t a scientific system and so on.The class goal management is a science class management method. Its aim is to be underthe headteacher’s guidance, through the teachers and students establishing class, group andpersonal goals, to guide them to achieve established goals and efforts actively for promotingthe comprehensive development of students. In this paper, we make a study of the class goalmanagement, which starts from the humanistic ideas of education, centers on the classobjective management action plans, class objective management’s implementation, classobjective effects and reflects of such dimensions and also takes Class Three Grade Two of No.55Middle School in Dalian as an example. Through carrying out the action research of thegoal management, we are trying to promote and guide students to achieve their own goals andthe overall goal of the class development so as to enhance the cohesion of the class, form theharmonious class atmosphere and achieve the all-round developing goal of the students’morality, wisdom, beauty, body, labor ultimately.
