In China,rural population accounts for the vast majority,so rural education will inevitably affect the development of the country.There are various problems in rural education,and curriculum reform is undoubtedly a good attempt to solve these problems.In order to promote the new teaching methods better,class management must play a guaranteed role.Group cooperative class management is an innovative class management model,which provides an effective direction for people on the road of curriculum reform.This study is divided into four parts.The first part,through the literature research method,to the class management,group cooperation,group cooperation class management literature review,inspiration found that group cooperation class management has great research value,especially in the rural junior middle school stage.The second part,through the observation method,studies the small group cooperative class management practice of X Middle School in Huaiji County,Zhaoqing City.The research is elaborated from four aspects: how to group,how to set up group cooperative class culture,how to build class rules and regulations,and how to formulate scoring rules.The third part,through questionnaires and interviews,carries out surveys and interviews for teachers and students of X Middle School in Huaiji County,Zhaoqing City.The survey and interview are conducted from four dimensions: grouping,class culture,class rules and regulations,and constructing scoring rules.Questionnaires and interviews are complementary to each other.It is found that group cooperative class management works well,but there are also some problems,and attribution analysis is made.The fourth part puts forward reasonable countermeasures.For example,the grouping strategy is not to be too hasty when setting up a group,it should be staged and step by step;do not discriminate,pay attention to vulnerable groups;strengthen family-school cooperation.The countermeasure of cultural construction is to attach importance to the optimization of material culture in group cooperative classes,to strengthen the shaping of spiritual culture in group cooperative classes,and to stimulate teachers' enthusiasm in guidingclass culture.The countermeasures to improve the rules and regulations are to clarify the concepts of the rules and regulations of group cooperative classes in time,give full play to the initiative of students,establish cooperative mechanism management,and implement them in an orderly,restrictive and effective manner with appropriate rewards and punishments.Effective scoring mechanism countermeasures are to establish a correct view of evaluation from school to parents,to educate fairly and impartially in evaluation in time,and to attach importance to the evaluation team and the evaluation process when teachers evaluate.
