Since the reform and opening up,China's secondary vocational education has developed rapidly.Teachers are the core elements of education.The development of secondary vocational teachers has received great attention.The state has issued a series of policies to make systematic plans for the training of secondary vocational teachers.Reviewing the policy of teacher training in secondary vocational schools since the reform and opening up more than40 years ago,in the continuous exploration and practice,China has gradually established a relatively perfect teacher training system,but the formulation of the policy is not perfect,there are still problems such as teacher training supervision mechanism is not sound.Therefore,this paper sorts out the evolution of the secondary vocational teacher training policy since the reform and opening up,summarizes the policy focus in different development periods,analyzes the existing problems of the current policy,and puts forward reasonable Suggestions.This paper USES literature research,historical research and policy text analysis to explore the policy evolution of secondary vocational teacher training since the reform and opening up.The thesis is divided into five chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background,purpose and significance,defines the relevant concepts involved in the paper,analyzes the research status quo of vocational education teacher training at home and abroad,and clarifies the research methods used,which lays a foundation for the follow-up research.The second chapter makes a statistical analysis of the secondary vocational teacher training policy from three aspects: the number of promulgation,the institution of promulgation and the subject distribution.Third chapter according to the time sequence,since the reform and opening up policy related to secondary vocational teachers' training to comb,policy evolution can be divided into four periods,respectively is: the initial stage(1978-1989),the exploration phase(1990-1999),stage(2000-2009),the change stage(2010-2019),for each period of the policy priorities for the generalization and summary.The fourth chapter expounds the evolvement trend of secondary vocational teacher training policy from four aspects: training system,training subject,training approach and training management.The fifth chapter reflects on the secondary vocational teacher training policy in China,and puts forwardcorresponding Suggestions in view of the problems existing in the secondary vocational teacher training policy,such as the imperfect supervision mechanism of secondary vocational teacher training,the imperfect incentive system of secondary vocational teacher training,the incomplete provision of secondary vocational teacher training funds,and the immature integrated system of teacher training and training.
