At present,with the rapid development of the Internet,emerging information technology is widely used in the field of education.It has become an important measure for countries to develop education to promote the modernization of education with network information.The newly issued geography curriculum standard for senior high school(2017 Edition)also clearly points out that we should deepen the application of information technology in the teaching process and accelerate the reform of geography teaching with the help of information technology.Traditional teaching pays attention to knowledge imparting,and there is a certain gap between it and the requirements of "Building Morality and cultivating talents" in the new curriculum standard.Online learning in the pure technology environment also has certain limitations,while blended teaching organically integrates traditional teaching and online learning,which can not only give full play to the advantages of traditional face-to-face teaching,but also use network information technology and resources to meet the needs of students' independent learning,realize the complementary advantages of the two.Therefore,to carry out the blended teaching of Geography in senior high school not only conforms to the development of the times,but also helps to solve the practical problems in geography teaching.This study summarizes the research status of blended teaching at home and abroad by referring to relevant literature,and uses questionnaire survey and interview method to investigate the current situation of geography teaching of teachers and students in Shijiazhuang No.15 middle school,Shijiazhuang Zhengding experimental middle school,Hengshui Zhihua experimental middle school,and the No.1 Middle School in Linzhang County,Handan city.Combined with the survey data,this paper analyzes the feasibility of carrying out the blended teaching of Geography in senior high school,which is manifested in the following aspects: the characteristics of geography subject are suitable for carrying out the blended teaching,the variety of geography network learning resources is rich,the teaching network software and hardware environment is relatively perfect,and teachers and students have a more positive attitude towards the blended teaching.On the basis of the above theoretical research and practical investigation,the author abstracts the design principles and process of high school geography blended teaching according to the characteristics of geography discipline,new curriculum teaching requirements and blended teaching,and tries to build a typical example of teaching design.The main conclusions are as follows: blended teaching has no fixed mode,but it should rely on the general laws of teaching,follow the design principles of teacher led,student-centered,interaction,geographical characteristics,and high efficiency;due to practical conditions,the design process only carries out pre teaching analysis and teaching link design;the three designed examples of different levels of high school geography blended teaching have certain operability.Of course,there are some deficiencies in this study that need to be further improved.
