With the rapid development of society, network technology has a huge impact on the human production and life, which has done the same to human learning. Information technology, especially the network technology, provides abundant teaching resources and convenient technical support for the Blending Learning, and provides students with a colorful learning environment. Blended learning is the organic integration of traditional classroom instruction and online learning, which not only takes advantage of the classroom instruction, but also can takes advantage of E-learning to meet the needs of students’ independent learning and collaborative learning.This dissertation research theoretically explores the advantage, basic principles, contents and steps of the high school Physics teaching design based on Blended Learning Theory. Based on study of the theory, I design the mode of Blended Learning, and select two classes of Yu Cheng County Senior Middle School as the objects of study of this treatise, and implement Blended Learning cases and investigate the effect of teaching practice. High school physics teaching based on Blended Learning Theory, is based on the Constructive Learning Theory, and adopts a double-dominating teaching model which combines the teachers’ guidance and the students’ body role, makes full use of face to face teaching and E-learning in order to improve the quality of the high school physics teaching and achieve the teaching goal.This study proved the feasibility of Blended Learning Theory in high school physics teaching.
