The main purpose of this sstudy is to explore the community theory as a guide,find out the problems of primary school students' learning engagement,and then construct new strategies of primary school students' learning engagement,cultivate students' high-level thinking,and improve the quality of primary school students' learning.This kind of research can not only theoretically discuss the problems existing in the primary school students' learning engagement,analyze the causes and put forward the corresponding solutions to the problems,contribute to the exploration of the community theory,but also in practice understand the status quo of the five grade students' learning engagement in various subjects in a certain region,and construct the primary school students' exploration community learning engagement under the guidance of the exploration community theory At the same time,it can provide reference for teachers to improve education and teaching.The main contents of this study are as follows: 1.To investigate the macro situation of cognitive engagement,emotional engagement,behavioral engagement and social engagement of 326 primary school students in grade 4,5 and 6 in H and w City.Then,to focus on Grade 5,to conduct classroom observation of 50 person times in multiple subjects,and to interview the teachers in the observed classes,to grasp the micro situation of students' learning engagement in the actual classroom situation.2.Guided by the perspective of the inquiry community,this paper analyzes the primary school students' engagement problems and their causes found by questionnaire survey,classroom observation and teacher interview.3.Construct a new strategy to promote primary school students' learning engagement from the perspective of the inquiry community.It is found that the study grade students' learning engagement is in good condition,and the main problems include: unbalanced learning engagement of male and female students;difference in learning engagement level between class cadres and non class cadres;imbalance in Teachers' teaching guidance style;deviation in subjects in students' learning engagement;limited learning engagement in classroom space location;classroom discipline hindering students' learning engagement,etc.From the perspective of the inquiry community,the strategies to promote primary school students' learning engagement are: to construct primary school students' sense of cognitive existence,teaching existence and social existence,and to solve the current problems in primary school students' learning engagement by reasonably selecting learning content,promoting dialogue teaching and establishing a good atmosphere.From the perspective of the inquiry community,this paper analyzes the problems of primary school students' learning engagement and finds out the effective strategies to solve the problems,which is the innovation of this study.However,due to the limitation of time and energy,there is a lack of research on grade one,two and three in this study,and classroom observation does not involve grade four and grade six,resulting in a lack of coverage,which may have a certain impact on the universality of research conclusions,and further research and exploration are needed.
