Mobile phones are an important tool for each of us.,people have higher and higher requirements for the quality of life,and we have gradually entered the information age.The information age mainly relies on mobile computers as carriers,and the use of mobile phones in daily life has increased year by year.Mobile phones are not only a medium for disseminating information,but also have a wide range of entertainment functions.With the widespread use of mobile phones,mobile phone fascination has become a major social problem,especially for young people who have not yet fully developed their minds and lack of social experience and self-control.The phenomenon of adolescents' addiction to mobile phones is frequently exposed by the media and has drawn wide attention from all walks of life.Regarding the influencing factors and formation process of youth mobile phone addiction,the three aspects of environment,individuals and mobile media are important factors affecting youth mobile phone addiction.Specifically,social influence,family economic conditions,family structure,parenting,teacher attitude,peer behavior,The mobile media itself,and the use of content,motivation and experience have a positive correlation with the formation of adolescent mobile phone addiction.Regarding the intervention of mobile phone obsession among adolescents,this study proposes the intervention effect of physical exercise.Experimentally,the intervention of physical exercise on the mobile phone obsession of 9-12 year-old students is studied.Physical exercise behavior began to intervene.In view of the particularity of the 9-12 year-old teenager group and the complexity of mobile phone addiction behavior,it is suggested that parents should cooperate with the mobile phone addiction intervention process of adolescents and pay attention to confidentiality and repetitiveness of the process.This article uses experiments,questionnaires,and other methods to experiment with mobile phone addiction among 9-12 year-old studentsthrough physical exercise.I hope that based on the experimental results,we can put forward feasibility suggestions for the mobile phone addiction of9-12 year old students through research and analysis.A 10-week physical intervention was conducted on 70 newly enrolled 9-12-year-old mobile phone obsessed students at Ming kai Sports Club,Yue Badminton Club,and Changchun Bandito Takedown training class in Taiyuan City.Viable conclusions of intervention.Research shows that:(1)After the end of the experiment,the scores of mobile phone addiction in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group without physical intervention,indicating that physical exercise had a significant intervention effect on the mobile phone addiction of 9-12 year old students.Because senior students have a certain degree of self-control and ability to discern right from wrong,intervention effects in the upper grades are better than intervention in the lower grades.And through experiments,it is concluded that the intervention of physical exercise on mobile phone obsession is slightly different in individual dimensions,and the overall intervention effect is the same.(2)The intimacy and stability of parental relationship and parent-child relationship have a great impact on mobile phone fascination.Families with harmonious parents have a lower chance of mobile phone fascination,and sports intervention after fascination is also better than students whose parents are nervous.Poor relationships are also an important factor leading to children's obsession with mobile phones.Through experiments and interviews with the parents of the experimental group,it is concluded that in order to have a good intervention effect on mobile phone obsession,it is inseparable from family intervention and parental guidance.(3)For the intervention of 9-12 year old students' mobile phone obsession,schools and parents must cooperate with each other.A good school atmosphere and family atmosphere have an immediate effect on theprevention and intervention of children's mobile phone obsession.The school should create a good learning atmosphere,and organize more physical exercise activities after class.Parents should pay more attention to their children's mental health,conduct more in-depth communication,understand their children's mindset,and accompany their children to exercise activities at the same time,which can not only strengthen the body,entertain the body and mind,ease the child's learning pressure,but also prevent the formation of mobile phone obsession.Make joint efforts in various aspects to escort the healthy and happy growth of children.
