Frequently and long time use smart phone,lead to develop more and more people rely on mobile phones,become a serious social problem,one of the mainstream of college students as a new media use smart phones,mobile phone addiction also affect college students’ mental and physical health,studies have found that mobile phone addiction affects people’s cognitive function,but the for mobile phone addiction intervention methods of psychological intervention,more difficult to implement for the general public,more is not easy to insist for a long time,therefore,from the aspects of practical significance,reasonable use of the effective way of sports can better improve the mobile phone addiction impact on different people.Objective: to improve the cognitive function of college students with mobile phone dependence by exercise interventionMethods: Study I,Taking 521 college students from two universities in SICHUAN province as the research object,used questionnaire to investigate the status,causes and influence of mobile phone addiction on physical activity level.In study ii,24non-physical education majors were recruited and screened on the basis of a questionnaire survey.They were divided into the intervention group and the control group,the intervention group had exercise intervention,and the control group did not.The duration of the intervention was 12 weeks,three times a week.The main exercise items were aerobic exercise and badminton exercise.The exercise intensity was moderate and the heart rate was monitored.On the basis of study 2,study 3 examined the effects of motor intervention on the attention,short-term memory and inhibitory control of mobile phone dependent college students by means of tracking experiment,specific graphic recognition experiment and STROOP color word contradiction task experiment,respectively.Results:(1)the investigation of 521 college students group,found that overall handset dependence tendency index in the medium level,in the four dimensions of scale,the highest score is withdrawal dimensions,freshman and senior grade mobile depend on the total score significantly higher than that of other grades,the overall low levels of physical activity,and negatively correlated with cell phone dependence.(2)after exercise intervention,the duration of mobile phone use in the intervention group was significantly reduced,and compared with the control group,the index of mobile phone dependency tendency had a downward trend(3)after the exercise intervention experiment,it was found that the data measured before and after the intervention group and the control group in the three behavioral experiments(attention tracking experiment,short-term memory recognition experiment and STROOP experiment),except the short-term memory recognition experiment,all had statistical differences.(P < 0.05)Conclusion :(1)mobile phone dependence is a common problem among college students,and it is correlated with the low level of college students’ physical activity.(2)moderate exercise intervention can effectively reduce college students’ dependence on mobile phones.(3)moderate exercise intervention improved the attention stability and inhibition control ability of mobile phone dependent university.
