Cultivating international friendly people who "Understand China,be friendly to China,and love China." is not only an important way to enhance the confidence and international influence of Chinese culture,but also the fundamental responsibility of colleges and universities to study in China to serve the national development strategy.this requires that the education of studying in China should first solve the important practical problem of "what kind of international students to train and how to train international students".Cultivating and promoting the Chinese feelings of international students in China is an effective way to solve this problem.On the basis of combing the relevant research literature and clarifying the connotation and manifestation of Chinese feelings of international students in China,this study uses the method of rooted theory to conduct in-depth interviews with 15 foreign student educators and25 international students from 6 different types of universities in Shijiazhuang to explore the formation mechanism and supporting factors of Chinese feelings of international students in China.The conclusions are as follows: the basic process of the formation of Chinese feelings of international students in China is the process of cognitive identity,emotion,will and behavior,and state solidification.The supporting factors include cultural identity,emotional identity,values identity,social system identity and teaching satisfaction,interpersonal adaptation,campus life satisfaction.By using the method of analytic hierarchy process,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of Chinese feelings and supporting factors of International students,compiles a survey scale and questionnaire,and conducts a questionnaire survey on 800 overseas students from 10 universities in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.This paper analyzes the current situation of Chinese feelings of international students in China and the role of supporting factors.The survey found that: the overall performance of Chinese feelings of international students in China is moderate preference,and there are great differences among different groups;the current situation of Chinese feelings of international students in China is basically the same as the role of supporting factors.There is a significant correlation between supporting factors and Chinese feelings of international students in China,which has an important impact on the formation of Chinese feelings of international students in China.In this study,according to the results of the questionnaire survey,50 subjects were selected for in-depth interviews,and the reasons for the low scores of supporting factors were obtained from the aspects of enrollment management,identification with Chinese education,educational services and social support.According to the results of the survey,this study puts forward strategies to improve the Chinese feelings of international students in China from four aspects: first,to improve the evaluation mechanism of application for studying in China from three aspects: establishing the evaluation system of the target willingness of studying in China,establishing the evaluation system of the basic situation of the applicants,establishing and standardizing the entrance examination and examination.The second is to strengthen the education of International students to identify with China from three aspects: deepening China's national conditions and cultural experience activities,strengthening the construction of China profile courses,and increasing the Chinese elements of professional courses.The third is to improve the service level of overseas education in China from the following four aspects: improving the school-running efficiency of the education of studying in China,improving the service ability of the education of studying in China,promoting the assimilation management of Chinese and international students,and strengthening the management of alumni of students studying in China.The fourth is to strengthen the social support system of studying abroad education from three aspects: building a perfect social support system,strengthening the social security service function of the government,and strengthening the supervision of social service institutions.
