Against The Background Of "One City, Two Cultures" In Xiangyang City Impact And Development Research

With the development of urbanization in China,the competition between cities is becoming more and more intense.The development of cities has changed from the pursuit of economic aggregate to the promotion of urban competitiveness.In order to expand the influence of the city and improve the popularity of the city,each city is seeking a development mode that integrates with its own characteristics.As a means of urban marketing,sports events play an invaluable role in promoting the popularity of the city and promoting economic development.The 2008 Beijing Olympic Games let the world know about Beijing;the 2010 World Cup in South Africa increased local employment and tourists;the 2019 Wuwang,Hanma and football City Club leagues let Wuhan go international.Sports events have a great influence on the development of the city.From the perspective of urban development,based on the background of "one city,two cultures" construction in Xiangyang,this study takes Xiangyang Longma event as the empirical research object,Taking the integration and development of Xiangyang dragon horse race and urban cultural construction as the starting point,using the methods of literature,questionnaire,field investigation and expert interview,this paper explores the influencing factors of the integration of "one city,two cultures" and dragon horse race in Xiangyang,and puts forward the Countermeasures for the integration and development of urban development in order to improve the city's popularity and further promote the urban development of Xiangyang ?The main achievements are as follows:First,the investigation of the current situation of the development of "one city,two cultures" in Xiangyang City shows that Xiangyang ancient city has a long history and profound cultural heritage,but there are problems of the loss of urban history and culture,the lack of regional cultural elements in the city image,and the lack of cultural resources that have not been converted into the driving force of urban development.Secondly,it investigates and studies the specific operation and development of Xiangyang marathon and dragon boat events,and puts forward some problems that need to besolved,such as the short timeliness of the combination of dragon horse events and culture,and the insufficient influence of the event brand.Thirdly,it analyzes the relationship between Xiangyang marathon,dragon boat race and the construction and development of "one city,two cultures".The empirical research on Xiangyang dragon boat race and Hanshui culture,Xiangyang marathon and the integration and development of three cultures shows that: Xiangyang marathon and dragon boat race can accelerate the construction of "one city,two cultures" and promote urban infrastructure To improve the construction,enrich the life of urban residents,promote the development of urban tourism,and enhance the visibility and influence of the city.Based on the above research results,this paper puts forward countermeasures to promote the construction of "one city,two cultures" and to enhance the influence and radiation of the city's economy,sports and culture.
