Research On The Satisfaction Of Wuhan Youth Swimming Training In Summer Under The Background Of Government Purchase

In recent years,with the development of society,the government has paid more and more attention to the physical fitness of citizens.Under the construction of a service-oriented government environment,the purchase of public sports services by the government has been widely recognized and adopted as a method to improve the government's public service supply capacity and efficiency.However,the government still has some shortcomings in the implementation of public sports services,and some problems are exposed.In recent years,in order to improve the quality of public sports services purchased by the government and improve the level of training,Wuhan has carried out many pilot programs of government purchasing public sports services,including youth swimming training,basketball training,baseball training and other activities.In order to better measure the implementation effect of the government's purchase of public sports services,this study takes the youth swimming training as the starting point and surveys the satisfaction of students and parents from the perspective of their satisfaction,so as to evaluate the implementation effect of Wuhan municipal government's purchase of public sports services.Since the trainees and their parents are the direct audiences of the government purchasing services,the training experience,expected training effect and actual training service demand of the trainees and their parents largely determine the implementation effect of the government purchasing public sports services.Therefore,it is scientific and reasonable to judge the implementation effect of government purchasing public sports service by the satisfaction of students and their parents.This study combines multiple research methods,Including documentation method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,field investigation method,mathematical statistics method,etc.,and analyzes the satisfaction degree of the current youth swimming training in Wuhan,evaluates the situation of the implementation of the government to buy swimming training as well as the important factors influencing the audience's satisfaction.The survey indicates that the Wuhan government purchasing public sports services still exist some problems.The research puts forward some relevant solving suggestions.It aims to increase the satisfaction of Wuhan citizens and promote the development of sports summer camp activities purchased by the government in the direction of regularization,scientization and normalization.The study Concluded:1.The satisfaction of teenagers and their parents with government swimming training services depends on their individual basic situation and the implementation of government purchased services.On the whole,the survey and evaluation scores of audience training satisfaction are relatively high,affirming that the government has purchased swimming training for sports public services.2.The implementation of government purchase includes many aspects such as the teaching quality of coaches and the setting of teaching goals.To improve audience satisfaction,the most important thing is to improve the quality and service of swimming training itself.3.Although about 70% of the overall satisfaction of this swimming training service is this satisfactory to government public sports services,there are still about 30% of the audience because of the uneven quality of coaches and staff The lack of enthusiasm,the fact that the swimming pool is far from home,etc.cause dissatisfaction.4.In order to obtain high praise from the public in the various activities carried out by the government in the future,and for some of the dissatisfaction,the recommendations proposed in this study include: 1).Strict selection of coaches to ensure the quality of services carried out by the activities;2).Pre-job training attaches great importance to work Staff's sense of gain and sense of achievement will increase the staff's remuneration accordingly to increase the staff's enthusiasm;3).Increase financial expenditure and screen more high-standard swimming pools.
