This article takes the Rhythmic Gymnastics referee as the object of study,references the idea of performance of evaluation in modern management science andRhythmic Gymnastics referee law and the contest rule, bases presence of evaluation ofRhythmic Gymnastics referee in our country, Uses the questionnaire survey procedure,the Deuel Philippines expert investigation method, the Analytic Hierarchy Process andthe Multi-level Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, Analysing the feasibility of RhythmicGymnastics Coaches' performance evaluation. On this basis, the relatively scientific andcomplete artistic gymnastics judge performance evaluation index system be established,which is the focus of this paper. This part has described the process of RhythmicGymnastics Coaches the performance evaluation for the establishment of a system ofevaluation, the purpose of evaluation, Establishment of the evaluation system; Thisarticle has determined the indicators of the Rhythmic Gymnastics Coaches performanceevaluation through multiple rounds questionnaire, the levels of the corresponding indexweights with the AHP methods, and comprehensively evaluated the evaluation of theRhythmic Gymnastics Coaches performance evaluation using multi-level fuzzycomprehensive. There is also illustrating the application. The whole evaluation processis divided into three steps: one, preparation before examination (establishing theevaluation subjects, choosing the standard method and training the evaluators); two,evaluate (Comprehensive appraisal of the main results of the appraisal); three, jobs afterevaluation (Feedbacks and apply examination results, umpires and the assessment filesassessment and examination system. Establishes the Referees assessment file andassessed the examination system). Specific conclusions as follows:The Rhythmic Gymnastics Coaches for performance appraisal is necessary andfeasible though the questionnaire survey and analysis. Based on the above theory, thepaper has raised the examination system which examine the Rhythmic GymnasticsCoaches from "basic quality, professional competence performance ".This system has 6second indicators, 21 third indicators. These indicators are quantitative and qualitative,in order to minimum the influence of the human factor, the article has classified the assessment criteria as outstanding, good, competent, basic fit, and incompetent fivegrades using codes of anchoring grade evaluation, has separated this five separatestandards through descriptive elements. To reduce the deviation caused by the humanfactors, has combined leadership, colleagues, the evaluation team, herself and otherevaluation staff, and evaluate the performance of referees using Multi-level fuzzycomprehensive evaluation. To play the role of assessment, the result of evaluation mustbe feedback to the referee, and as the basis of selection, promotion, reward andpunishment referee, development the performance improvement plan. And mustestablish referee assessment files, so that evaluation can continue. Whether theevaluation system benefits from raising of the level of referees of China's artisticgymnastics, and the management of referees, and the development of China's artisticgymnastics, which needs the test of practice.Based on the above studies, the author has firstly raised the performance evaluationsystem of China's artistic gymnastics judge, it can reduce the Uncertainty of traditionalevaluation method, improve the impartiality and objectivity of evaluating,enhance the viewing of artistic gymnastics competitions, benefit from China's artisticgymnastics judge selection, Award Punishment advance and even the various levelsin management.
