To understand the current situation of sports activities and psychological capital of Mongolian primary school students in Xing 'an League and their relationship to further investigate the current situation of physical education development in Xing 'an League Mongolian primary school.In order to explore ways to promote the psychological capital of Mongolian primary school students in Xing 'an League,the paper provides basis.Research methods:According to the investigation of Xingan Meng Mongolian primary school students in grades 4 to 6,the effective data of 798 components were studied and analyzed by using the sports activity rating scale,primary school students' self-rating scale of sports learning attitude,primary school students' self-rating scale of healthy behavior and primary school students' psychological capital questionnaire.Research results:The average score of physical activity of Xingan Meng Mongolian primary school students is(5.21 4.49),and the proportion of small,medium and large physical activity is 69.5%,25.8% and 4.64% respectively.There were significant differences in the total score,intensity,duration and grade of exercise between men and women(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the number of exercises(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between sports activity rating scale and psychological capital except optimistic and cheerful dimension(P>0.05),and there was positive correlation between the other four dimensions and total score(P<0.01).From the perspective of correlation matrix,there is a significant positive correlation between each dimension of the sports learning attitude scale and each dimension of psychological capital(P<0.01).the correlation coefficient between the total score of health behavior self-assessment and the self-assessment of sports learning attitude is higher(r>0.4),and the correlation coefficient between each dimension of the sports learning attitude self-assessment scale reaches a significant level(P<0.01).Judging from the scores of the self-rating health behavior scale,the dimensions of the psychological capital questionnaire and their correlation coefficients,there is a significant correlation between the health behavior of primary school students in xingan league area and their psychological capital(P<0.01),and there is a medium-high correlation(r=0.4).Research conclusion:The school carries out various sports activities in accordance with the PE curriculum standards,and the main way for students to participate in sports activities is also school sports.However,the amount of sports activities of students is generally at a low level,so the development of school physical education does not give play to the diversity and interest of traditional ethnic sports.Through the research data,it is found that the moderate amount of exercise is the most beneficial to the development of students' physical development and psychological capital,and the psychological capital has a positive effect on the self-evaluation of students' health behavior and the attitude of physical education learning.Promoting students' psychological capital can improve students' attitude towards physical education learning and improve the quality of physical education teaching.
