Research purposes: According to the characteristics of physical education teaching and students' physical fitness level in Hongde College of Inner Mongolia Normal University,the teaching mode of volleyball elective course is expanded and extended by using the transformation training method to enrich and personalize the teaching content.Through changing the type,sequence and intensity of exercises,students' psychology and body will be stimulated and changed continuously,and finally their skill level and health level will be improved.Methods: 154 students from 4 classes of 2018 volleyball elective course in Hongde College of Inner Mongolia Normal University were selected as the research object.According to the "National Standards for Students' Physical Health" and volleyball basic technical test indicators;The volleyball special quality test index tests vital capacity,height,weight,boys' 1000m/girls' 800 m,standing long jump,sitting forward flexion,boys' pull-up/girls' sit-up,self-setting,serving,3m turn-back run and other items on the students of the experimental class and the control class,compares the results of the subjects' pre-test and post-test to obtain the effective data of the students' test,and establishes the original database by using Excel.SPSS23.0 data statistics software is used to carry out independent sample T test and paired sample T test between the control class and the experimental team,analyze the test data,compare the differences between the experimental class and the control class before and after the experiment,obtain the differences between the transformation training method and the conventional teaching method,and test the influence of the transformation training method on the students' physique in volleyball teaching.The results of the study are as follows:(1)through statistics and comparison of the sports scene interest scale,in addition to dimensional challenges,the independent sample t test values of pleasure,attention,interest and exploration in the questionnaire are P<0.05,and there are significant differences between the control class and the experimental class.(2)according to the test items of the national standard for students' physical fitness,the test data before and after the experiment are compared through the teaching of the transformation training method.the independent sample t test values of the items of the experimental class such as boys' 1000m/girls' 800 m,50m,standing long jump,sit-up and so on are all P<0.05.there is a significant difference between the control class and the experimental class,but the independent sample T test values of body function and body shape P>0.05,and there is no significant change.through the paired sample T test in the group P<0.05,the vital capacity of the control class in the experimental class is improved before and after the experiment.(3)through the comparison of the number of self-serve and net-passing between the control class and the experimental class,the independent sample t test value P<0.05.there is a significant difference in the number of self-serve and net-passing between the experimental class and the control class.(4)by comparing the results of the 3-meter turn-back race with the special quality,the T test value of independent samples between the groups was P<0.05,and there was significant difference between the experimental class and the control class.Research conclusions: Research conclusions:(1)From the perspective of psychology,through the transformation training method teaching,comparing the data collected from the sports situation interest scale issued by the experimental class and the control class,there are significant differences in the independent sample T test values of the dimensions of pleasure,attention,interest and exploration in the questionnaire.It can be seen that the transformation training method has significant influence on students' learning interest,emotion and learning initiative,but has no significant influence on students' challenge and competitiveness.(2)From the point of view of physical quality,the experimental class only made significant changes in the results of boys' 1000m/girls' 800 m,50m,standing long jump and sit-ups,while there was no significant change in the test results of other items.It can be seen that the transformation training method has significant influence on physical quality in terms of endurance,speed,explosive force and so on,but has no significant influence on body shape(height and weight),BMI,flexibility(seat forward flexion)and upper limb strength(pull-up).(3)From the perspective of special skills,the research uses the transformation training method to teach,and compares the special qualities of the experimental class and the control class.There is a significant difference between the experimental class and the control class.It can be seen that the transformation training method has a significant impact on the basic volleyball skills.(4)From the special physical fitness,the research studies the teaching method of changing training,and the test of 3-meter turn-back running for special quality.The experimental class has significant difference from the control class,and the experimental class has higher scores than the control class,which shows that the teaching method of changing training method has significant influence on improving volleyball special quality.
