Study On The Cultivation Of Craftsman Spirit Of Students Majoring In Tourism In Secondary Vocational Schools

Both the 2016 government work report and the 19 major reports proposed to vigorously promote the spirit of craftsman.At present,education department has also made some relevant documents on the development of career education.Deepening the teaching reform of career education and comprehensively improving the quality of talent cultivation are all showing that education in secondary vocational schools should cultivate highly skilled and high-level talents,and it is inevitable to strengthen the cultivation of "craftsman spirit" of secondary vocational students.This paper selects the "craftsman spirit" of students majoring in tourism in secondary vocational schools as the object of study.By using questionnaire survey,interview,literature research and experience summary,this paper conducts an empirical study on the "craftsman spirit" of students majoring in tourism in secondary vocational schools,and puts forward relevant Suggestions and effective countermeasures.In view of the particularity of tourism major,is not only has a professional technical requirements for engineering,have liberal arts professional comprehensive quality requirements,analysis of tourism industry is also a need to "spirit",and learn from real enterprise research and market research,the current tourism professional technical secondary school students the importance of "spirit" training.Whether it is the needs of industry,the needs of school development,or the needs of students' own growth,such spiritual cultivation needs to be demonstrated in students.In this paper,the connotation of "craftsman spirit" in the tourism industry is concluded,and several important points are extracted.Then,relevant research was carried out based on the current situation.First,the school of secondary vocational tourism in mianyang city was visited to learn about the current situation of students and teachers in the field,and second,the front-line personnel of the tourism industry were investigated to explore the current situation and Suggestions of "craftsman spirit".A variety of field studies have come to a conclusion that the cultivation of "craftsman spirit" of tourism majors is necessary but there are many practical problems.These practical problems exist in the history of traditional cultural factors,national system level,school education,social support,etc.,based on the current difficulties faced by,combining with the field survey data,the final will be secondary vocational students "spirit" of tourism culture from three aspects,one is for the country,the improvement of the policy system,the support of financial capital,and construction aspects of the social atmosphere;Second,for the school,from the school style building,curriculum setting reasonable,professional quality training to carry out;Third,for the tourism professional teachers,the improvement of skills and the perfection of teaching design are the guarantee of growing into a "craftsman spirit".In combination with all the Suggestions and effective countermeasures,this paper hopes to provide referential opinions and Suggestions for the cultivation of "craftsman spirit" in the current secondary vocational tourism majors.
