On March 5,2016,Premier Li Keqiang proposed in the government report that we should vigorously promote the craftsman spirit,not only in the manufacturing industry,but also in all walks of life.At the same time,the education department has also issued some important documents on the development of vocational education,emphasizing the need to deepen the reform of vocational education and comprehensively improve the quality of the educated.This shows that it is very necessary to cultivate the craftsmanship spirit of secondary vocational tourism students.Based on the literature review of craftsman spirit,this study summarized the basic connotation of craftsman spirit as the unity of knowledge and practice,continuous improvement,innovation and dedication.Then,using the methods of questionnaire survey and statistical analysis,this paper takes the secondary vocational tourism management students as the main body,and takes the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit in this course as the theme to carry out the following researchFirst of all,through the questionnaire distributed to the teachers and students of Tourism Management Major in secondary vocational schools,we understand the current situation of craftsman spirit cultivation in the teaching of room service and management in secondary vocational schools,and find that there are four main problems in the cultivation process:students recognize craftsman spirit but lack of initiative,teachers affirm craftsman spirit but lack of cultivation ability The teaching goal is clear,but the teaching effect is not obvious,and the teaching resources are lack of effective mining and integrated utilization.Secondly,in order to better cultivate the craftsman spirit of secondary vocational tourism students in the teaching of "room service and management",this study proposes to strengthen students’ craftsman awareness,improve practical ability,enhance students’ craftsman awareness,improve practical ability,reasonably adjust the proportion of class hours,improve teaching effect,and reasonably adjust the proportion of class hours,There are four suggestions to improve the teaching effect.Finally,on this basis,it interprets the curriculum standard of this course,sets new threedimensional teaching objectives,analyzes the basic situation of teaching objects,and connects the teaching materials with the craftsman spirit proposed in this study.This part mainly considers the physical and mental development characteristics of secondary vocational tourism students,Summed up the "room service and management" in the cultivation of the spirit of craftsmen for students,mainly divided into four aspects: attention to the details of the specification,the polishing of practical skills,the innovation of service content and respect for the room work.And choose the content of topic one in the third unit to present the case.Hope to improve the quality of tourism professional personnel training,provide some reference for other professional courses in secondary vocational education to cultivate talents with craftsman spirit,and promote the teaching reform of secondary vocational education.
