| Craftsman spirit is an important part of the fine traditional culture of the Chinese nation.Since 2016,the spirit of craftsmanship has been mentioned many times in government work reports.In particular,since the 19 th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has called for promoting the spirit of craftsmanship throughout society.At present,China is in the period of industrial transformation and upgrading,developing the craftsman spirit is an important spiritual guide to improve the core competitiveness of China’s manufacturing industry.At the same time,secondary vocational education shoulders the responsibility of training technical and skilled talents,it is of great significance to improve the comprehensive quality of secondary vocational graduates and cultivate the craftsman spirit of secondary vocational students.In this paper,we take students majoring in electronic information in secondary vocational schools as the research subject,and use methods such as literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and case study method to carry out research on the cultivation of craftsman spirit,the content of this paper is divided into five parts.The first part summarizes and analyzes the relevant domestic policy documents,expounds the significance of this study,and summarizes the domestic and foreign researches on craftsman spirit.The second part introduces the basic concepts and theoretical basis related to craftsman spirit,including Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,Schulz’s human capital theory and Marx’s all-round development theory.The third part takes the students of electronic information major and the teachers of specialized courses in two secondary vocational schools in Nanning as the objects of investigation and investigates the problems existing in the process of cultivating students’ craftsman spirit in secondary vocational schools by issuing questionnaires to students and interviewing teachers.The results of the two ways to verify each other,to prove the credibility of the survey results.Further,the causes of the lack of craftsman spirit among secondary vocational students are analyzed from the aspects of teachers,schools,students and society,and from the society,school,enterprise three aspects to improve the students craftsman spirit of the solution.In order to further verify the conclusion,the fourth part puts forward the training mode of professional courses with craftsman spirit as the core,integrate craftsman spirit into the whole teaching process of professional courses.To professional course "electronic technology foundation and skills" as an example,the first analysis of objective in the spirit of craftsman in through the project teaching method,task driven method,situational teaching method will spirit into the classroom,at the same time using micro lessons before class,curriculum resource development,7 s management rules in the whole process of teaching to cultivate students the spirit of craftsman,in finally,an evaluation system with diversified evaluation methods and evaluation subjects is established to evaluate the effect of craftsman spirit training reasonably.In the fifth part,the project "Design and Manufacture of three-person voting Device Circuit" in "Basic and Skills of Electronic Technology" is taken as an example.According to the above training mode,the detailed teaching design shows how to cultivate students’ craftsman spirit in specific project teaching.From the preparation of teaching before class,to the development of teaching in the teaching process,and to the evaluation of teaching after class,the craftsman spirit is consciously throughout the whole process.Finally,this study is summarized and prospected to provide ideas and directions for further research on cultivating the craftsman spirit of students majoring in electronic information in secondary vocational schools,and to help China’s electronic information manufacturing industry cultivate more craftsman talents. |
