| With the strong support of the government,the social work industry in Shenzhen is developing rapidly,and social work is moving towards professionalization and specialization.At the same time,the increasing loss rate of social workers has brought a huge threat to the professionalization and specialization of Shenzhen,and also caused widespread concern from all walks of life.The academic circles carry out research on this phenomenon in order to find countermeasures to curb the flow of social workers,but they have not achieved good results.The author has been engaged in social work industry for 4 years.According to the observation,under the background of high turnover rate,there are still a group of workers in the industry who stick to social work posts.These people and the lost social workers also face the difficulties of low treatment,limited promotion space,lack of training resources and low social awareness,but they can still overcome various practical obstacles,and determined to stick to the social work industry.What do these social workers have in common?Why do they choose to stay?Can the factors that affect them provide some suggestions and suggestions for reducing the flow of social workers?In view of this,the author selects three social workers of different positions through objective sampling to conduct in-depth interviews,and uses narrative research methods to carry out research.The theoretical basis of this paper is the theory of life course,which focuses on the individual experience and events in the life process,the role and status in the stage of forming the personal development path,the sequence of occurrence and the process of mutual transformation.Its core lies in the track,transformation and turning point.Therefore,the author makes an in-depth study on the career track,career change and career turning point of three social workers.The study found that although all three social workers have worked for more than 10 years,they have different experiences,key events and social life in their career,but they finally make the same choice.From the personal life in time and space,personal initiative of social workers,interrelated life and opportunity in life course,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of career persistence,that is,personal career persistence is affected by key life events,personal initiative,family support,external support and social environment.This paper puts forward specific suggestions and countermeasures from two aspects of cultivating individual initiative and strengthening external support,and condenses the path suitable for the stability of social workers'talent construction. |
