Research On Professional Identity Of Professional Social Workers In Shaanxi Province

Since 2006,with the introduction of a number of government policy documents to promote the development of social work,the construction and development of social work has begun in full swing throughout the country,with the strong support and promotion of the Party and the state.Social work is adapting to the needs of our social development at an alarming rate.However,in this rapid development process,there have also emerged many problems,such as:the lagging development of the talents of social work professionals,the serious brain drain,and the low social identity issues have a restraining effect on the professionalization and professional development of social work.From the perspective of professional identity,this study studies the professional identity of professional social workers in Shaanxi province,aiming to understand their professional identity status,explore the factors affecting their professional identity,and explore effective measures to improve professional social workers' professional identity.The paper is divided into four chapters.In the first chapter of the introduction,the author elaborates the research background,significance and literature review of the paper;the second chapter is the research design part,which mainly introduces the research object,research methods and research ideas of the paper;the third chapter is the analysis of research findings and influencing factors,mainly including the basic situation of research samples.Describing and analyzing the status of professional social workers' professional identity in Shaanxi and Shaanxi Province and analyzing the influencing factors of professional identity,it is found that professional social workers in Shaanxi Province are in the middle level in the three dimensions of occupational safety,occupational belonging and occupational value.Deeply analyzing the influencing factors,it is found that in occupational safety,low salary,poor welfare and heavy work of relatives and friends are recognized.But low is the main factor of low professional social workers' identity;in occupational attribution,leadership care and support,organizational system construction,supervisory resource allocation,government policy support,capital input,supervision and supervision;social masses' system and acceptance of social workers have an impact on professional social workers' professional identity;in occupational value,society has an impact on professional social workers' professional identity;The recognition and exertion of workers' self-worth are the main factors affecting their professional identity.Based on this,in the fourth chapter,the author discusses the countermeasures to promote professional social workers' professional identity,and puts forward different opinions and suggestions from the five main bodies of professional social workers,universities,social work organizations,government and society,which can promote the professional development of social work in our province.In the concluding part,the paper summarizes the research results of this study,and also makes relevant discussions on the shortcomings of the paper,which lays the research foundation and provides research value for the future related research.
