A Practical Exploration On The Cultivation Of The Professional Value Concept Of Social Workers For Urban Marginal Community Workers

This paper takes the urban fringe community worker as the research object,uses the group work method to carry on the research to the urban fringe community worker's work value idea question and carries on the social work professional value idea cultivation to it.Through the early literature inquiry and field research,the author found that at present,there are problems such as the outstanding individual standardism thought,the serious formalism and the lack of empathy to the residents,and this study is based on the Beijing A community,using the literature method,observation method and structure interview to collect the relevant information of the urban marginal community workers,and using the data analysis method to analyze the work value concept of the urban marginal community workers as the basis.And draw three major problem factors: the individual standardism thought prominent,formalism is serious,lack of empathy to the residents.After analysis,the author,guided by social learning theory,dominant perspective and social system theory,designed the intervention scheme,used the method of group work to carry out practical exploration and research on the promotion of the work value concept of urban marginal community workers and the cultivation of the professional value concept of social workers.The author reflects and summarizes the problems in the process of cultivating the professional value concept of social workers' professional value in the urban marginal community,and concludes that the professional value concept of social work has a catalytic effect on the work of urban marginal community workers,and the group's working methods can intervene in the value concept of the work of the urban marginal community workers,and cultivate the professional value concept of social workers.This study can provide research materials and materials for the cultivation of professional value concept of social workers in the community,and can expand the research on the cultivation of the value concept of work in the urban marginal community after the academic circles.
