A Current Survey On The Tuition-free Normal College Students Of H University For Academic Career Planning

The development of the teachers is the key factor in the development of education,and it is the the premise and foundation of the stable and sustainable education development. To implement Tuition-free normal education is the basic link of cultivating high quality teachers and the driving force of the development of the education career,and it is of great significance to promote education fairness, balance education resources,improve the quality of the teachers. However, due to the influence of social environment on values, policy factors such as free tuition, package of assignment and authorized strength which lead to the academic conditions of free normal college students during the period of school education situation is widely concerned.This paper first introduces academic planning education into free normal education management field, and it provides reference and guidance work to the academic management of current Chinese college students, enrich the theory of the theoretical research of free normal college students' training and education. The author select free normal college students in H university as investigation object, and begins with academic career planning to research the problems and influencing factors of academic career planning status of free normal college students, and tries to reveal that existing rules in the free normal education career planning education.The paper can be divided into four parts.The first part is introduction, it states the reason and background of selecting the theme, the significance of this study, analyzes research status, designs research plan and route, and states related core concepts.The second part is the research process. According to the survey plan and design the interview outline and questionnaire,through the scientific statistical analysis to form the final questionnaire and do a test.The third part is the result and analysis of this study. According to the result of questionnaire survey, for the seven aspects which include planning awareness,self-efficacy, external supports,objective management,target recognition,executive ability and social practice of free normal education career planning to analyze the academic career planning status of free normal college students in different professional,grade and gender, nationality, family background conditions, and combined with its entrance motivation, academic planning guidance to explore the problems existing in the academic management. The Results showed that free normal students have some problems such as unreasonable design, poor executive ability, learning motivation, low academic guidance satisfaction in the current free normal education career planning.The fourth part is to bring forward some proposals for education guidance work for the existing problem of free normal education career planning.
