Research On The Core Quality Of Men's Basketball Teams In Colleges And Universities Of Jiangxi Province

With the release of the 2016 "Chinese students develop core literacy" and the "mid-and long-term Youth Development Plan(2016-2025)" under the guidance of General Secretary Xi Jinping,as well as the release of the curriculum standards for core literacy in various disciplines issued by the Ministry of Education in October 2017,it indicates that the development of core literacy has been carried out to cultivate students' core literacy in all disciplines and specialties.As college students,Sunshine Group is facing the pressure of graduation and employment.Through training and competition,Sunshine Group plays an important role in the development of core literacy.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the index system of core literacy of Jiangxi Sunshine Men's basketball team for cultivating the core literacy of Contemporary College Students.By using the method of literature review,this paper sorts out and analyzes the concept and the current situation of the development of the core literacy,and draws up the index system of the core literacy of the men's basketball team of Jiangxi Sunshine Group.By using the method of Delphi method and mathematical statistics,this paper makes a three-round investigation on the index system,determines the index system of the core quality of the men's basketball team of Jiangxi Sunshine Group and calculates its weight value.Finally,combined with the result data and the investigation of the students in the school,the author discusses the potential relationship between the development of core literacy and the campus sports culture in the training of the men's basketball team of Jiangxi Sunshine Group.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows.(1)the core quality index system of the men's basketball team of Jiangxi Sunshine Group includes 3 first-class indexes,10 second-class indexes and 38 third-class indexes by using the interview method and three rounds of expert investigation and calculation of the Delphi method.(2)using the analytic hierarchy process and the percentage weight method to calculate and determine the weight value of the core quality index system of the men's basketball team of the Colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province,the paper concludes that the most important first-level index of the core quality which needs to be cultivated is "sports moral character",secondly,"sports ability",lastly,"healthy behavior",among the secondary indexes,the most important one is "morality",secondly,"basketball sports physical ability development",finally,"sports training consciousness and habit",in the third index,combined with the importance of the first and second grade indexes,the top ones are "obey the rules of competition","master the basic healthy skills" and "develop the speed quality".(3)combined with the analysis of the core quality index system and the weight value of the men's basketball team of Jiangxi Sunshine Group,it is concluded that the coaches in the basketball training put too much emphasis on the pursuit of the team's achievements,but neglected the basic task of training the team's lifelong development.In the design of the training plan,the idea of combining basketball with core accomplishment is not enough,and the coaches' learning of the national education idea is not enough.The men's basketball team of Jiangxi Sunshine Group can be used as a carrier to spread the sports spirit that they have learned through basketball games to the students and form the campus sports culture based on the core quality.
