Research On The Evaluation Of Growth Factors Of Men's Sunshine Group Volleyball Teams In Shandong Province's General Colleges And Universitie

When the youth prosper,the country will prosper,and if the youth are strong,the country will be strong.Since 1986,ordinary colleges and universities have begun to pilot the construction of sports teams,gradually broadened the scale of college sunshine sports development and the foundation of excellent sports projects,and radiated and driven college sunshine sports teams,sports clubs,sports associations,college sports competitions and other related sports organizations.In the new era,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core attaches great importance to the development of higher sports,and proposes to build a sports power by 2035,drawing a grand blueprint for the development of China’s sports in the coming period.The healthy growth of the men’s sunshine volleyball team in ordinary colleges and universities is a key move to implement the spirit of the 20 th National Congress,and it is also an important measure to apply and drive the reform of sports evaluation.On this basis,the sunshine volleyball team of ordinary colleges and universities in Shandong Province has been widely rooted in all parts of the region,but in the process of growth,it still faces problems such as insufficient promotion of campus volleyball,uneven development of campus volleyball culture,single organization of extracurricular sports competitions,difficulty in promoting coaches,unsatisfactory training effects,and declining students’ physical health.Based on this,this paper refines and defines the connotation of the growth factors of the men’s sunshine volleyball team in ordinary colleges and universities,constructs a theoretical research framework,and formulates the evaluation research plan of the growth factors of the men’s sunshine volleyball team in ordinary colleges and universities in Shandong Province on this basis.The index system is comprehensively weighted by combining the subjective and objective methods of AHP and entropy method.Through TOPSIS analysis,the growth level of 9ordinary college men’s sunshine volleyball teams in Shandong Province was measured.The Gini coefficient was introduced to analyze the balance of the development level of each team.With the help of the obstacle analysis model,the obstacles restricting the growth of the men’s sunshine volleyball team in ordinary colleges and universities were analyzed.Finally,on the basis of the theoretical system and analysis results,the growth path of the men’s sunshine volleyball team of ordinary colleges and universities in Shandong Province is constructed.The conclusions of the study are as follows。(1)The growth factors of the men’s sunshine volleyball team of ordinary colleges and universities refer to "high quality" as the "first meaning","cultivating people with virtue" as the "fundamental task","standardization" as the "basic requirements",and "four evaluations" as the "core orientation" to improve the growth quality of the men’s sunshine volleyball team of ordinary colleges and universities,improve the comprehensive evaluation of the men’s sunshine volleyball team of ordinary colleges,and promote the sustainable growth of the men’s sunshine volleyball team of ordinary colleges and universities.The systematic construction of the evaluation system of the growth factors of the men’s sunshine volleyball team of ordinary colleges and universities is not only an active choice for the connotative development of higher sports,but also the only way to establish a modern sports power.(2)The introduction of Lorentz curve and Gini coefficient for equilibrium analysis,it is concluded that the Gini coefficient G of the growth of the men’s sunshine volleyball team of ordinary colleges and universities in Shandong Province is about 0.30,which is in a relatively balanced range,which shows that the overall growth level of the 9 teams covered by this institute is not much different,among which,except for the slightly outstanding growth level of the men’s sunshine volleyball team of Qingdao Agricultural University,the growth level of the remaining 8teams is relatively close and the overall level is not high.(3)Based on the evaluation score of TOPSIS model,the growth level of 9 sample teams in Shandong Province can be divided into three types: acceleration,catch-up and slow.Among them,Qingdao Agricultural University ranks first and belongs to the "accelerated type";Qufu Normal University and Harbin Institute of Technology(Weihai Campus)ranked second and third,belonging to the "catch-up type";Shandong University,Shandong University of Science and Technology,Yantai University,Ludong University,Qingdao University of Technology and Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine ranked fourth to ninth respectively,belonging to the "slow type".(4)The analysis results of the obstacle model show that the value-added level is the biggest obstacle to the steady growth of each team,and the value-added level obstacle of Ludong University and Qingdao University of Science and Technology is the largest.The second obstacle factor is the result level,with Shandong University and Qufu Normal University as the largest obstacle values.The process level barrier factor ranked third,and the process level obstacle degree of Shandong University of Science and Technology and Harbin Institute of Technology(Weihai Campus)far exceeded the average.The last obstacle factor is the input level,with Ludong University and Qingdao University of Science and Technology teams having the largest obstacle to the investment level.(5)On the basis of following the growth theory of ordinary college sunshine volleyball team,combined with the growth factor evaluation system of the ordinary college men’s sunshine volleyball team in Shandong Province,the overall evaluation and obstacle analysis results,an overall plan is proposed,the mechanism is improved,and the standardization of the volleyball team of the sunshine group is promoted.Take multiple measures at the same time,integrate efforts,and build an integrated system of teaching,training and competition;Cultivate people with virtue,quantify feedback,and obtain the dynamic growth results of the volleyball team of the sunshine group;There are 4 growth paths for the men’s sunshine volleyball team in ordinary colleges and universities in Shandong Province to pursue value,lead by culture,and improve the specialization of value-added evaluation of sunshine sports.
