Amateur students of sports school are an important part of our competitivesports system,but there are many negative views on amateur students of sportsschool in society due to the improper behavior of some athlete.That is,impulseand irritability,low cultural quality,simple mind and developed limbs,which isobviously not the real amateur students of sports school.People just put a labelon amateur students of sports school by imagination,but they don't know thereal ones.So the paper makes people understand the reality and inner world ofamateur students of sports school,then people can more clearly understand thespecial group of amateur students of sports school,so as to form a rationalunderstanding.The paper takes the subculture of amateur students of sports school as theresearch object.On the basis of learning from the theory of subculture researchat home and abroad,the research materials are obtained from the field survey oflife,training and cultural learning of students in Jiangxi Sports School and thein-depth interview of 13 students.Meanwhile,the subculture characteristics ofamateur students of sports school and the caused are studied by text analysisand other methods.The results show that: as amateur students of sports school with the dualidentities of sports reserved talents and school students,there are subculturessuch as culture of authoritative obedience,culture of study-weariness,culture ofsmall groups and patience culture.I.The culture of authoritative obedience isshown as follows: the students' unconditional obedience to the coach'sarrangement,the extreme recognition of the coach's heart,the extreme worshipof the coach,and the internalization of the coach's improper behavior.Thosereasons of formation are as follows: the students have a strong worship complex,a kinship complex and a fear complex for the coach;II.The culture ofstudy-weariness is shown as: noisy class time,sleeping,students staring blanklywithout sleep,and copying homework.The reason of formation are as follows:the absence of school in cultural learning,the separation of teachers' rights andresponsibilities,and the derailment between cultural learning and students;III.The cultural expression of small group is that the composition mode withprofessional teams as the basic unit,the behavior mode with large belts andsmall ones,the solution mode of team conflict,and the level mode of small groups.The formation reasons are as follows: the division of professional teamsis the premise of the formation of the group-culture,the coach's instructionmakes the relationship between the group members stronger,and the students' needs are the root cause of the formation of the group-culture;IV.The enduranceculture is manifested in the formation of the students who train desperately onthe field,ignore the pain and dare not have a rest.The formation of reasons areas follows: the inner tenacity of students is the premise of super endurance,thecharacteristics of competitive sports make students need to have superendurance.so as to obtain better resources for survival and development,whichis an important factor to build students' super endurance.In the special environment of amateur,subculture group are formed and areconstantly reproduced by the students of sports school through the interactionwith the environment under the joint action of the state,society and sportsschool.Amateur students of sports school accept and follow group subculture inorder to get better survival and development resources in amateur sports school,and gradually become an individual with standard amateur thoughts of sportsschool and behaviors in this process.In order to effectively improve thesubculture of the group,and promote the development of amateur sports schoolsand the all-round and sustainable development of student groups,the followingsuggestions are put forward: The government should promote the integration of teaching and sports,and improve the learning environment;Guiding public opinion to establish a correct understanding of amateur sports school students;Amateur sports schools should strengthen ideological and political work to scientifically guide students' value orientation;Student parents should actively participate in the growth of students;Strengthen the internal construction of professional teams and build a healthy team culture.
