Secondary vocational education is a kind of vocational quality education which aims at training secondary technical workers,takes training comprehensive vocational ability as the core and adapts to the needs of wide employment.Compared with ordinary high school students,secondary vocational and technical school students should not only have strong vocational technology to adapt to the rapid changes of society,but also have strong physique and healthy psychology to adapt to the development of society.Therefore,it is particularly important to improve their physical quality and psychological endurance,which is the most direct and effective physical education teaching,which is also the new requirements for the secondary vocational school physical education in the new era.By consulting a large number of literature,the author found that up to now,the research in this field mainly focuses on the physical education,teaching reform and campus sports culture of secondary vocational and technical schools,which laid a certain foundation for further analysis and development of "physical education" in secondary vocational and technical schools.However,the research results of "physical education teaching" in Changchun secondary vocational and technical school(hereinafter referred to as Changchun secondary vocational school)are not rich enough,and the investigation and research need to be further expanded and deepened.Taking Changchun No.1 Secondary Vocational School,Changchun No.2 Secondary Vocational School,Changchun mechanical industry school,Changchun vocational and technical school and Changchun urban construction engineering school as investigation examples,the author makes a corresponding investigation on the current situation of physical education teaching in Changchun secondary vocational school by using literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and other research methods And analysis,the main conclusions are as follows:1.The teaching staff of Changchun secondary vocational school is not reasonable.47.8% of the PE teachers are young,short in teaching age,teaching ability and experience,etc.need to be solved and improved.Only 4.1% of them have senior professional titles,which should be improved.The school should increase the training and further study times of PE teachers,and PE Teachers' satisfaction and enthusiasm are not high,lack of professional ideal,and strengthen the treatment and incentive mechanism of PE teachers.2.The conditions of sports venues and sports equipment are not ideal.Although sports teaching funds are basically guaranteed,schools should strengthen the development of sports venues and equipment,in addition to the use of sports teaching,students can get more opportunities for extracurricular sports activities.3.Physical education teachers in Changchun secondary vocational school seldom apply modern teaching methods to teaching practice.Teaching methods are relatively backward.PE teachers should renew their teaching ideas and enrich their teaching methods.In addition,PE teachers have insufficient understanding of students' subjectivity,so they should pay more attention to students' subjectivity.Although physical education teachers can recognize the reform of physical education,their participation is low.The school and the related education management departments should deepen the sports reform and provide the corresponding support.4.In the process of physical education teaching,4.6% of physical education teachers' teaching objectives are not designed in a scientific and systematic way,and the pertinence of teaching methods is not scientific and accurate.The evaluation of applying process evaluation to physical education teaching is relatively small,and the subjectivity of students should be fully recognized.Although physical education teachers can recognize the reform of physical education,their participation is low.The school and relevant education management departments shall provide corresponding support.5.The students of Changchun secondary vocational school take part in the physical education course based on the specific motivation and purpose of credit and examination,but the students are lack of active participation.Schools should strengthen the construction of campus sports culture,improve students' interest in learning sports,cultivate students' awareness of sports and establish a lifelong sports concept.
