Research On The Innovation Spirit And Cultivation Path Of College Students In The New Era

Innovation is the motivation source for the development and long-term existence of a country.To adapt to the new requirements of the development and change of the new era,we need to constantly improve our ability of independent innovation,fully implement the concept of innovative development,and use innovation to lead the development of the new era.In the face of the fierce international competition,we need to increase efforts to build an innovative country,unswervingly implement the innovation-driven development strategy,and use innovation to promote the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.As for the cause of innovation,it needs innovative talents,who need to have the spirit of innovation.Meanwhile,the spirit of innovation is the distinctive characteristic of the Chinese nation,which is also the symbol of the spirit of the times,and the internal power to promote the development of innovation in China.As the most dynamic and creative group in the process of social development,college students in the new era should undertake the historical mission of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,constantly cultivate their own innovation spirit and promote their all-round development.Colleges and universities as the main position of talent training should integrate educational resources,constantly deepen the comprehensive reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education,and strengthen the cultivation of students' innovation spirit,entrepreneurship awareness as well as innovation and entrepreneurship ability,so as to contribute to the implementation of the new development concept,leading the innovation-driven development strategy and building an innovative country.In this paper,it takes college students as the research object,which defines the concept of college students' innovation spirit through the methods of literature research,case analysis and investigation analysis.Besides,it deeply analyzes the theoretical basis and significance of cultivating college students' innovative spirit in the new era.Based on this,it takes the collegestudents of five colleges and universities in Baoding City as the survey sample,which deeply analyzes the current situation of college students' innovation spirit through the questionnaire and collecting survey data.Meanwhile,it finds out the main causes of the problems and the specific solutions.According to the results,it shows that the innovation spirit of college students in the new era has been basically formed.What's more,their innovation consciousness has been enhanced,innovation enthusiasm has been significantly improved,and innovation practice has been increasing.However,it still exists some problems that need to be solved to some extent,such as impure innovation motivation,unswerving innovation will,and insufficient innovation ability.As for the main reasons for the problems,it lies in the deviation of college students' cognition of innovation spirit,the low integration of innovation theory and practice,as well as the imperfect mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.As a result,the cultivation of the innovation spirit of college students requires to deepen the comprehensive reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities from the aspects of innovating cultivation mode,improving long-term mechanism,creating cultivation environment and focusing on the self-cultivation of students,so as to enhance the innovation spirit of college students and make them become the people with innovation spirit,entrepreneurship awareness,as well as innovation and entrepreneurship ability in the new area.
