The Views on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Schools and Universities in the New Era(hereinafter called the " views ")emphasize the key position of labor education in the education system,the scientific overview and systematic summary on grasping the orientation of education and comprehensively implementing the educational policy of "five educating together" was made.It is an important measure to realize the modernization of my country's education in the new era.To cultivate the labor spirit of college students in the new era,we must work hard to understand General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on labor spirit,and comprehensively and systematically analyze the great significance and rich connotation of labor spirit,and incorporate college students' labor education,spiritual cultivation,and moral cultivation into talents.The whole process of training will shape contemporary college students into future socialist builders and successors who are diligent,good at labor and creative labor.This paper mainly includes four components:Firstly,based on theoretical research,the core concepts of labor,labor spirit and the labor spirit of college students in the new era are defined and analyzed,and it is pointed out that diligence,struggle,innovation,and dedication are the core connotations of the labor spirit of college students in the new era;It is conducive to cultivating newcomers in the socialist era,but also is an important starting point for colleges and universities to realize the mission of "cultivating people through labor",and finally provides spiritual strength for the great practice of integrating the "Dream of Youth" into the "Chinese Dream".At the same time,on the basis of empirical research,this paper analyzes the current situation of the cultivation of college students' labor spirit in the new era,and concludes that the existing college students' cognitive evaluation of "labor" lacks rationality and integrity,the cultivation force is relatively weak,and the cultivation content The lack of timeliness and pertinence,the lack of significant training results,etc.,found that the initiative of college students' self-cultivation is not high enough,the family,school,and society have not yet formed a collaborative cultivation community,there is a disconnect between the training content and the life practice of college students,and colleges cultivate college students.The reason for the above problems is that the methods and methods of labor spirit are not rich enough.Focusing on improving the pertinence and effectiveness of the cultivation work,it is proposed to enhance the consciousness of college students' self-cultivation and use a variety of labor spirit education methods.,Build a collaborative labor spirit education pattern,adopt a systematic and comprehensive labor spirit education content and other paths for scientific design and concrete implementation,...
