The development of the times is driving the reform of education,education and social development cannot be separated.With the continuous development of society to cultivate people with core literacy gradually become the trend of the world.In 2014,the Ministry of Education's Opinions on the Comprehensive Deepening of Curriculum Reform and the Implementation of the Fundamental Task of Li de Lide,proposed that "the Ministry of Education will organize research to propose a core literacy system for the development of students at all levels of study,and clarify the essential qualities and key competencies that students should possess to meet the needs of lifelong development and social development ".In 2016," China Student Development Core Literacy " was officially released,a total of 6 literacy,18 basic points.Core Literacy to Ultimate Talent Training Cultivation effect,the landing of core literacy needs to be carried out in the teaching of each subject.Higher education is the continuation of basic education,and good core accomplishment of physical education is beneficial to the development of students' lifelong physical education.In this paper,the research status of core literacy and physical education core literacy is combed and analyzed by means of literature,investigation,mathematical statistics and so on.And according to the general high school physical education and curriculum standard(2017 edition),the questionnaire as a whole is set into three parts:sports ability,healthy behavior,sports morality,draw lessons from the relevant theoretical research of various experts and scholars on the core literacy of sports subjects,the three dimensions of physical education core literacy are refined into 11 aspects.On this basis,the questionnaire is designed to investigate and analyze the development status of the core literacy of college students in Beijing,and put forward the development strategy.It is helpful to enrich the content of the core accomplishment of sports subject and provide reference for the development of the core accomplishment ofsports subject in colleges and universities.1.physical education is a part of core accomplishment,which is divided into three parts: athletic ability,healthy behavior and sports morality.At present,the domestic research on the core accomplishment of physical education is still in the initial stage,the upper research is more,and the lower research is less.2.The sports ability of college students in Beijing is well developed as a whole.Students' physique and physical condition are better in general,but they don't know enough about their own physical condition,and the result of fewer entries is not ideal.3.The overall development of health behavior of college students in Beijing is deficient.Life style is not healthy enough,sports habits are not good.But students value health,can control their emotions,and have good adaptability to the environment.4.The overall development of sports moral character of college students in Beijing is good.Physical education shows the result,the student will quality can improve,the cooperation consciousness is strong.But it also shows that students' ability of self-reflection is poor.5.The main factors affecting the core accomplishment of college students' physical education in Beijing are the students 'own condition and the school environment,among which the students' own factors are dominant.And put forward corresponding countermeasure to above.6.Sports moral optimization strategy: innovative organization teaching,borrowing scientific and technological innovation teaching methods to train students' sense of cooperation,teaching evaluation from the curriculum,pay attention to post-match management,improve the quality of teachers,so that students feel the charm of sports.
