| Primary school is the basic stage of compulsory education in China,the initial stage of physical education knowledge and awareness,and also an important period of cultivating students’ core physical literacy.Cultivating students’ core physical literacy has become the focus of physical education teaching in primary schools in China.Level three stage is the key period of shaping students’ physical and mental health.Students are in the sensitive period of developing their physical quality and enhancing their athletic ability.At the same time,students’ self-consciousness also develops,and their thinking process can analyze and synthesize abstractly on the basis of representation and concept,and their comparative ability also improves accordingly.The cultivation of students’ sports core accomplishment is helpful to improve students’ sports consciousness,enhance students’ physical health level,deepen students’ reserve of sports knowledge and healthy behavior,and promote students’ shaping and perfection of sports emotion and sports morality.This paper uses the research methods of literature,questionnaire,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics and so on.A small(sea in kunming high-tech campus)the fifth grade students in experimental teaching object,teaching experiment for 16 weeks,through statistics and analysis before and after the experiment primary school sports core literacy sports ability,sports,health,behavior and moral character and the change of physical fitness index data,verified that in comparative classes and experimental classes of teaching effect.Conclusion: Guide teaching,mutual teaching,explore the teaching after 16 weeks of sports and health course teaching,as a whole,the ability of the experimental classes and that in comparative classes students in sports have certain to improve,the student’s physical quality also has a positive effect,after the experiment data analysis,while the experimental class and that in comparative classes the students’ physical quality to a certain extent,have promoted,However,there is no significant difference in the physical quality of students in the two classes,because physical quality needs long-term development.The students in the experimental class showed significant differences in the performance of health behavior after the experiment,specifically in the students in the experimental class in physical exercise awareness behavior,healthy physical exercise behavior,healthy life behavior and physical health knowledge are greatly improved;After the teaching experiment,the students in the experimental class have improved in teamwork spirit,sports persistence spirit,fair competition with opponents,competent sports role,correct treatment of the results of the game and judgment of sports values.The students in the experimental class show significant differences in the performance of sports morality after the experiment.Therefore,it is suggested that in the process of cultivating students’ core literacy,teachers should adopt various teaching modes according to the specific conditions of physical development of students at all ages to cultivate students’ core literacy in sports.Parents should pay attention to the core quality of sports from the ideological point of view,to attract parents’ attention,to create a good sports atmosphere in the family. |
