| With the increasing emphasis on physical education in China and the continuous innovation and development of new curriculum standards,the importance of core literacy in physical education for students’ lifelong physical education development and overall development has become increasingly evident and has attracted a lot of attention from the education and sports industries.However,due to the limitations of many factors,such as the later exposure to core literacy in China compared with western countries,there are still some significant problems in the development of core literacy in physical education,for example,many studies on core literacy in physical education still remain at the level of research on the connotation and system framework construction,and the real cutting-edge research on the implementation of the core literacy in the actual teaching process by combining the domestic development situation and the changes of current affairs and policies.For example,many studies on core literacy in physical education are still at the level of research on the connotation and system framework construction.Therefore,based on the background of the new standards,this paper firstly conducts an extensive search and collation of relevant theories,and on this basis uses literature,questionnaires,fieldwork and other research methods to study the current situation of the cultivation of core literacy of physical education in Guiyang high school students in the new era,with the intention of combining the changes of the new standards policy documents to achieve a better understanding of the cultivation path of core literacy of physical education in Guiyang high school.The purpose of the study is to innovate the core literacy cultivation paths of high school students in Guiyang,and to propose targeted and specific cultivation strategies and methods that meet the geographical and cultural characteristics of Guiyang and the needs of the new era.After analyzing the current situation of core literacy development in physical education for high school students in Guiyang City in the context of the new curriculum,the following research findings were obtained:(1)The survey found that the cultivation of core literacy in physical education for senior high school students in Guiyang City has shown initial results under the new era of curriculum innovation,but the overall degree of meeting the standards is not particularly complete,and there is still much room for improvement.Specifically,there is an imbalance in the cultivation of the three core literacies,and there is still an obvious gap with the ultimate goal to be accomplished by high school students in the new curriculum.In terms of athletic ability,the students are not able to use the skills they have learned to the extent that they are proficient in the field.In terms of health behavior,the ability to develop a healthy and elegant lifestyle is not ideal,and the requirements for their own exercise behavior are not sufficient,and they fail to use scientific exercise methods to develop good exercise habits.In terms of sports morality,some students lack the ability to be competent in the sports role they play in sports activities,etc.(2)The causes of the current situation of physical education core literacy among high school students in Guiyang City are: insufficient motivation of students to actively participate in learning and exercising;uneven evaluation of students’ learning effects by teachers;insufficient training for teachers on physical education and health subject core literacy;insufficient novelty of teachers’ teaching methods;and the residual of parents’ solidified thinking about physical education and sports.(3)Combining the development situation of the new era,based on the innovative background of the new curriculum,we propose corresponding targeted cultivation path strategies from the perspective of multiple characters: students themselves,to change their stereotypical ideas about physical education;integrate physical education,examine themselves,and explore their interests in sports;parents should enhance the correct sports values and create an excellent sports atmosphere for students;teachers should optimize teaching content,change teaching methods,and focus on the integration of online and offline dual modes in parallel;schools should reinforce the importance of physical health education and enhance the status of physical education teachers;society should increase the construction of public sports facilities and expand the filling of professional sports talents. |
