| Torso stability is one of the physical capabilities required by the women's pistol project.On the basis of the stability of the torso,female pistol athletes ensure the stability of the gun body in the shooting state to ensure high accuracy.The previous physical training of female pistol athletes only improved the trunk stability of female pistol athletes by improving the strength and endurance of the athlete's trunk muscles.When shooting athletes shoot,the breathing rhythm has a greater influence on the trunk stability.At the same time,the functional enhancement of the respiratory muscles can increase the intra-abdominal pressure and indirectly improve the trunk stability.In the routine physical training of the National Shooting Team,there are no methods and methods for the training of athletes' respiratory muscles.Objective: To explore the functional characteristics of the respiratory muscles in the core muscle groups of the female pistol team athletes and the impact of the breathing rhythm on the stability of the trunk during shooting.Comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of empirical application of training masks in physical training on the trunk stability of elite female pistol athletes.Methods: Using literature data method,expert interview method,experiment method,mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method to study the selected national female pistol athletes,grouped to develop a 12-week training mask for the national female pistol athletes 'physical training experiment.Through the comparison of the front side and the back side,the effect of the training mask on the stability of the special trunk of the female pistol player of the national team was analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of the training program were obtained.Results: During the eight-level bridge test time,core static test(core abdomen,core back,core left side chain,core right side chain),plantar pressure test Z value(the main indicator to measure the stability of the shooter's trunk)B The group(experimental group)is significantly better than the group A(control group);the test time increase in the gun stability test and oneleg closed eyes test is about the same.in conclusion:(1)In the routine physical training,the shoulder strap stability training and the core stability training wear training masks for training.It has a good effect on the growth of the trunk of the national female pistol team athletes and can be used in future physical fitness training.(2)In the experimental group(Group B),when the group wearing training mask training intermittently,athletes are required to take off their masks or expose their noses to breathe normally,so that their respiratory muscles get intermittent breathing.Avoid fatigue of respiratory muscles caused by wearing the mask for a long time,which will affect the training effect.(3)On the training day when training masks are needed for physical training,athletes need to adapt to the hypoxic state when wearing masks in advance to prevent the training effect from being inadequate to the hypoxic state. |
