The special strength training for high school men's basketball players is a scientific and effective exercise for the purpose of maximizing the physical capabilities of the body in daily training and competitions,so that basketball techniques and tactics can be played stably in the competition,while reducing the athlete's own body fatigue.training.Basketball itself is very different from other sports in terms of kinematics and dynamics.Therefore,special endurance training for basketball players requires different training programs from other sports.The high school stage is the peak period for the growth and development of adolescents.It is a major problem that how to design a scientific and efficient special endurance training program based on the physical development characteristics of high school male basketball players.Therefore,this article studies a variety of methods:literature data method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method,etc.By conducting a field survey of the training situation of the high school men's basketball team,using theoretical analysis,expert interviews,and questionnaires as the three basic methods,we screened out the endurance training methods for high school men's basketball players,and at the same time screened special endurance test indicators to further optimize the A more suitable endurance training program for male high school basketball players.In this study,20 men's basketball players in the middle school attached to the Haidian District National University of Beijing were used as experimental objects.They were divided into experimental group and control group to implement special endurance training program.The findings are as follows:(1)The selected endurance training methods for senior high school male basketball players include:continuously grasping the solid ball with fingers,dribbling the ball in the left and right hands with a 1.5 kg heavy ball,changing to the dribble in front of the body,and passing the 1.5 kg heavy ball.Ball,shooting action and other exercises,Closeout training,bench press,jumping in the air,body turning,etc.,air passing,ball shooting and other exercises,lateral lying,lateral flexion,prone bending,shoulder weights Jump(bow and arrow step exchange leg jumps),weight-bearing deep jump exercises,using elastic bands for defensive slides,ankle dribbles,layups,and jump shots.(2)Screened basketball specific endurance test indicators include:60s sit-ups,60s back-ups,30s left and right dribbles,60s barbell weights half-squats,run-up single-footed jump,run-up single jump,double-stop hands Touch it high,jump up and grab the ball,swivel in the air with both hands to upload the ball,jump from 90s and shoot from a long distance.(3)Through a 16-week comparative experiment,the endurance level of the athletes in the experimental group showed that each index had significant changes before and after the experiment.This shows that this research design scheme has a significant effect on improving the endurance level of Chinese male basketball players.(4)Through the 16-week experimental training,it is obvious that the experimental group athletes have increased their interest in training and significant changes in their psychological activities.The introduction indicates that this research design scheme has played a positive role in promoting the endurance training of high school male basketball players.The innovation of this research design scheme is that through the 16 weeks of training and analysis of the screening index between the experimental group and the control group,it can be known that when the specific endurance of the two groups of athletes is simultaneously improved,the effect of the experimental group is more significant or extremely significant.At the same time,this optimization plan has also played a positive role in increasing the training interest of high school male basketball players.
