| Physical fitness is the foundation and important reserve for high-level technical and tactical performance of athletes,and a scientific training and competition system is the "two wings" to improve competitive level.With the development of modern basketball,the level of physical confrontation,shooting skills,and tactical arrangements on the field have been improved and developed,which puts forward higher requirements for the various abilities of basketball players.At present,basketball majors generally have problems such as weak body balance ability,unstable center of gravity,and deformed technical movements in confrontation.As an important part of physical training,core Strength training has a positive impact on the quality and technology of athletes.Therefore,reconstructing a scientific and systematic physical fitness training system for college basketball players is of great significance in improving the specialized quality and offensive skills of basketball athletes.This research comprehensively uses the methods of literature review,expert interview,Delphi method method,experiment and mathematical statistics,and takes the influence of core Strength training on the specific quality and offensive technology of basketball majors as the research object.It conducts an experimental study on core Strength training for basketball majors in Tianjin University of Sport(N=16),and analyzes the changes of various indicators of specific quality and offensive technology of basketball majors before and after the experiment,And compare the differences between the experimental group(n=8)and the control group(n=8)before and after the experiment,in order to explore the impact of core Strength training on the special quality and offensive technology of basketball students,so as to help basketball athletes improve the special quality and offensive technology.It provides experimental reference for the application of core Strength training in basketball sports.Results:(1)The experimental group’s performance of "T" run,15m×17 folding run,vertical jump in place,60°/s left and right peak moments,180°/s left and right peak moments,full-court integrated dribble layup,1-minute strength shot,and 10 passes in front of the chest with both hands improved compared with that before the experiment.There was a significant difference(p<0.05);in the control group,only the180°/s LH peak moment improved compared with that before the experiment and there was a significant difference(p<0.05),and the rest of the indexes were not statistically significant(p>0.05).(2)After the experiment,the "T" run,60°/s LH and RH peak moments of the experimental group improved compared with those of the control group and showed significant differences(p<0.05);the differences between the experimental group and the control group in the 3/4 field sprint run,15m×17return run,vertical jump in place,180°/s LH and RH peak moments were not statistically significant(p>0.05).(3)The experimental group’s full-court integrated dribble layup and 1-minute strength shooting improved and showed significant differences compared with the control group after the experiment(p<0.05);the differences in the two-handed chest 10 passes and reception tests were not statistically significant(p>0.05).Research conclusions:(1)Core Strength training can effectively improve the agility of athletes,which is mainly manifested in the improvement of body coordination ability in rapid movement and footwork flexibility with and without the ball.It can effectively enhance athletes’ practical abilities.But it did not have a direct significant impact on movement speed,speed endurance,and lower limb explosive power.(2)Core Strength training can significantly improve the maximum muscle strength of basketball players’ waist and back,and can systematically improve the strength of small muscle groups in the deep layer of players,which has an indirect key significance in improving action quality,delaying fatigue generation.However,there is no significant improvement in the endurance of athletes’ back and waist muscles.(3)The core Strength training can effectively improve the basketball players’ ability to combine the ball and the ability to jump and shoot under high load,but it is not significant for the improvement of the ability to pass and receive the ball,which is mainly manifested in the coordination and transformation of strength under dynamic conditions and the ability to control the body,which is conducive to the players to give full play to their technical level on the court. |
