Basketball is a team sport with high intensity and fierce confrontation.The speed of athletes is not only the key factor for the performance of athletes' skills and tactics,but also the key to the success of a team,which has always been valued by coaches and athletes.However,because of the obvious characteristics of basketball,the speed training must reflect its special features,in order to promote the improvement of athletes' special competitive ability.Junior middle school stage when the athletes speed sensitive period of development,how to follow the rules of adolescent physical and mental development,combined with the characteristics of basketball sports,under the condition of limited time and training,for the amateur training of adolescent athletes special speed training program design and efficient design,are concerned about and sports teachers and coaches to solve the problem.Based on this,according to this study to find and solve problems,try to analysis about the present situation of junior high school basketball man athletes speed training as the basis,in order to improve the athletes' special speed as the guidance,according to the laws of the junior middle school students physical and mental development,based on the theory of sports training,sports biology,education and other related knowledge,the integrated use of literature,Delphi method,questionnaire survey method,optimized design scheme of the athletes' special speed training,through the experiment,the experimental group and control group within the team athletes special speed optimization respectively for 12 weeks of training and the team the original special speed training.Finally,combining with the speed test indexes of basketball special selected in this study,the mathematical statistics method is used to verify the effect of the basketball special speed training program designed in this study.The results are as follows:1.The facilities/equipment in the junior high school boys' basketball team are in good condition;In the special speed training,the theoretical support needs to be strengthened;Training methods are few and the form is relatively monotonous;Single monitoring means.2.Through the three levels to optimize the speed training methods include: V/L cut corners,half arc running catch steps,from attack to keep comprehensive practice,fast,practical shooting practice,different positions and directions of start to run.3.Through the authoritative teaching materials,special speed test indexes are selected,including: 5.8×6 turnround run,full court dribble layup,full court movement passing and catching,full court offensive and defensive technique simulation,hexagon movement,extracurricular exercise interest scale.Screening special speed monitoring methods include: heart rate scale;Athletes subjective RPE feeling scale;Coach experience scale;Mental state and diet scale;4.special speed training,12 weeks after the experiment,the experimental group athletes in 5.8 x 6 reverse layup,integrated full-court dribbling layup,full develop,full-court technology simulation,hexagon movement,extracurricular exercise interest inventory index,the data were increased,compared with the control group had significant difference or extremely significant difference.Research conclusions: 1.through the special speed test indexes,it is shown that the special speed training program designed in this study can effectively improve the special speed ability of junior high school basketball players,effectively improve their interest in training,and reduce fatigue.2.The optimized program of special speed training for junior high school male basketball players designed in this study has achieved the expected effect through empirical research,which has certain theoretical basis,reasonable structure and certain degree of innovation.It is useful for the training of amateur basketball team.
