Research On Promotion Of "Beijing Dual Olympic Games" To Teacher Development In Capital University Of Physical Education And Sports

The Beijing 2008 Olympic Games and The Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games are turning points for Chinese sports and Chinese winter sports.The hosting of the two Olympics has brought unprecedented development opportunities to universities in Beijing.This article uses the close connection between colleges and the Olympics as a clue,explores the development platform provided by Beijing Dual Olympic Games for Beijing colleges and universities,and takes the promotion of teacher development of the Beijing Double Olympic Games to the Capital University of Physical Education and Sports as the research object to analyze the college's participation and summarize the driving factors.By using the methods of documentation,interview method,logical analysis and case study,this paper summarizes and analyzes the promotion effect of Beijing Dual Olympic Games on the Capital University of Physical Education and Sports and draw the following conclusions:1.The Beijing Dual Olympic Games will be of great significance to promote the teaching ability of college teachers.During the bidding and hosting of the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games and the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics,teachers have a lot of relevant training,and teachers have a lot of opportunities to participate in event services.The teacher's practical experience and theoretical training make the essence of the teacher's work-teaching more detailed.At the same time,the teachers' personal experience makes the teaching content more vivid and powerful.2.The Beijing Dual Olympic Games will directly promote the scientific research ability of college teachers.From the 56 scientific research projects of the 25 th Barcelona Olympic Games in 1992,to the 147 scientific and technological research projects of the 28 th Athens Olympic Games in 2004,and the 305 Olympic scientific research projects of the 29 th Beijing Olympic Games in 2008,The doubling of the number of scientific research projects is conducive to the acceptance of scientific research projects by institute of physical education.National policies and the support of the college have enabled college teachers to personally participate in scientific research projects,which has greatly stimulated teachers' research motivation.In addition,based on the major opportunities of the Beijing Dual Olympic Games,college teachers actively participate in the latest research results of sports science,sports medicine,sports activities,physical education and sports in the field of international sports academic conferences.The precious Olympic legacy left by the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games also provided a scientific research platform and scientific research support for college teachers.3.The Beijing Dual Olympic Games can stimulate the social service ability of college teachers.Hosting the Olympics is a symbol of national prosperity and a major event that makes Chinese proud.The Beijing 2008 Olympic Games is the first time that China has hosted an Olympic feast,and the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games is the first time that China has hosted the Winter Olympics.Faculty teachers use their professional advantages to actively carry out the popularization and preaching of the Olympic Movement,provide volunteer services,and provide event work services to stimulate their sense of responsibility,which will help improve the ability of college teachers to provide social services.Social service ability is a derivative of the development of college teachers' teaching and scientific research ability,which is conducive to achieving the comprehensive growth of college teachers.4.The Beijing Dual Olympic Games will help improve the teachers' management ability.In the work service projects of the the Capital University of Physical Education and Sports related to the bidding and hosting of the Beijing Dual Olympic Games,in order to ensure the orderly and effective execution of service work,each project has undergone detailed planning,arrangement and implementation.In this process,a leading group of special projects will be formed,and related teachers will be responsible for macro management and overall command.The college teachers will effectively perform work services under the leadership of the dedicated leadership group.The participation of two major events has greatly promoted the improvement of the college teachers' management ability.
