Objective: Shandong men's volleyball team is known as the small team that won the League runner-up,respectively,in the 2013-2014 season,won the league in the 2014-2015 season,good results.But the quality of the Shandong team members jumping serve far below the Beijing team and the Shanghai team,according to technical statistics of China Volleyball Association,the former 10 members serve standings,no one Shandong team.Jump Serve improve the quality of Shandong has become the key team members of the Shandong team to win in the next season.Studies have shown that core strength training can improve lower limb muscle strength athletes and power,thus increasing the quality height increase athlete athletes jump height and jump tee batting point.At present,research on the relationship between core strength and volleyball jump serve technology stays at the theoretical stage,few experimental studies.In this study,biomechanical research methods to determine the impact of core strength training jump serving technique of Shandong team five high-level athletes,providing a theoretical basis for training practice men's volleyball team's Shandong Province.Methods: Using biomechanical measurements to core strength training for interventions.Kinematic data collection athlete before jumping serve of intervention,after the intervention jumping serve kinematic motion data.Analysis to determine the differences between the various indicators before and after the intervention and intervention using ANOVA repeatability.conclusion1.Core strength training will not change the way players approach,the study found that Li Runming and step distance is too large???and step distance is too small,it is recommended to reduce the Li Runming appropriate and step distance,He Ningning properly increase and step away.2.Core strength training will not affect the take-off mode and off Technique of athletes,but athletes can increase the speed and level of vertical take-off speed,thus increasing the take-off jump height and distance,the study found that Li Runming and???Jumping angle is too small recommend appropriate Jumping angle increases.3.Core strength training will not affect the timing of athletes hitting judgment.4.Core strength training can increase the degree of anti-bow and twist arms when the lead level athletes,increasing the chances of athletes complete high threat of Serve.5.Core strength training can increase ball speed players,thus increasing the jump ball attack.
