Objective: To explore the effects of core strength training on core stability, serving accuracy and serving speed of female sitting volleyball players,to explore the correlation between core strength test indicators and serving accuracy and serving speed,to reveal the training mechanism of core strength training to improve the service quality of female sitting volleyball players, and to provide a relatively reasonable training scheme for the improvement of female sitting volleyball players’ serving skills. Methods: Taking 20 athletes from the first and second teams of Yantai women’s sitting volleyball players as experimental subjects,5 athletes from the first and second teams were randomly selected to form the experimental group, and the rest of the athletes formed a control group, and the athletes in the experimental group were trained for core strength training on Tuesday,Thursday and Saturday every week, each time for 30 minutes, and the control group only carried out daily routine training, not special core strength training. The experimental period was 8 weeks. After the experiment, the paired-sample T test was used to compare and analyze the core strength test data and serving accuracy and serving speed of athletes in the experimental group and the control group before the experiment(H0),4 weeks later(H1),and 8 weeks later(H2).Results:(1)After 8 weeks, there was a significant difference between the core strength test index of the athletes in the test group and the control group;(P<0.05)(2)After 8 weeks, the test index of the athletes’ serving accuracy in the test group was significantly different from that of the control group;(P<0.05)(3)After 8 weeks, the test index of serving speed of athletes in the test group was significantly different from that of the control group.(P<0.05)Conclusion: 1.Through the 8-week core strength quality training intervention for serving accuracy and serving speed,by improving the muscle quality of the athlete’s lumbar and abdominal muscles and chest and shoulder muscles, after 8 weeks of comparative analysis of core strength training index data, the calculated P value before and after the experiment was less than 0.05,indicating that the core strength training intervention method applied to the athlete was effective, and the core strength quality level of the athlete was improved, and the balance and ability to control the body were effectively improved.2.Through the intervention of a series of core strength training methods, and then analyze and calculate the test index data of serving accuracy before(H0)and late(H2)experiments,the P value is calculated less than 0.05 in the score of serving accuracy and serving speed, indicating that core strength training for athletes can effectively improve the serving effect of athletes, improve the accuracy of serving and serving speed of athletes.3.In the correlation analysis of core strength test indicators and serving test indicators, there is a significant positive correlation between core strength quality and serving test data, and it can be analyzed from the figure that the growth range of core strength quality and serving test indicators in the first 4 weeks of the experiment is not as good as that in the last 4 weeks, and the increase in the last 4 weeks is obviously faster than that in the first 4 weeks.4.It can be seen from the experimental data that the better the quality of the core strength of the athlete, the more prominent the corresponding serving accuracy and serving speed, and the accuracy and serving speed of the control group athletes in the training process also have a small improvement, which is related to daily training, but the increase is not as good as the increase of the experimental group for core strength training, and core strength training can significantly improve the accuracy and serving speed of athletes.
