Objective: to study the core stability and core strength training of volleyball players jump serving speed and success rate, the influence of revealing the core strength training, training mechanism, to improve the quality of volleyball athletes jump serving for volleyball players jump serving technology promotion to provide important scientific training plan.Methods: to level 2012 of northeast normal university sports education professional volleyball class 24 volleyball players as experimental object, randomly divided into experimental group and the control group, experimental group of core strength training three times a week, every 60-90 min, the control group in the same time for normal life and learning, experimental period of 16 weeks. After the experiment respectively by independent sample t-test and paired sample t test for the experimental group and control group, experimental group and control group before and after experiment core stability, jump serving speed and success rate were compared.Results:(1) the experimental group than the control group of volleyball athletes side of the bridge, side flip a solid sphere and 1 min sit-ups ability has significantly increased(p < 0.05);(2) the experimental group athletes jump serving speed significantly higher than the control group(p < 0.05);(3) the experimental group athletes jump serving success rate significantly higher than the control group(p < 0.05).Conclusion: core strength can effectively improve the speed and success rate of volleyball athletes core stability and jump serving, improve jump serving speed and success rate of core strength training mechanism is the core by athletes different level on the stability of joint action to complete, can be trained through other ways and means to the improvement of its core stability directly to improve the quality of the jump serving more directly.
