With the continuous development of our society,the reform of the civil service system has continued to deepen,and the state has introduced a new protection system for civil servants: civil servants are always the first to enjoy social insurance such as medical care and old-age insurance.With the continuous increase in the importance of civil servants to civil servants,the rapid development of the civil servants 'education and training industry has been promoted,especially with the continuous injection of capital,the development of civil servants' education and training industry has continued to expand,and civil servant training institutions of different sizes have continued to expand.Civil service education and training enterprises such as Huatu Education,Zhonggong Education,Chalk Education,2020 Education,Zhonghong Education,and Zhimantian will also bring fierce competition in the market.The desire to occupy a favorable market share plays an important role in the long-term development of the enterprise.This article uses Jilin Huatu Education as an example to study its marketing deployment in various cities in Jilin Province,and then to understand the problems of Jilin Huatu Education in formulating marketing strategy deployment.Proposing corresponding solutions through the analysis of the problem will help to improve its marketing ability and formulate an efficient marketing strategy.Provide a certain experience basis for the sustainable development of Jilin Huatu education enterprises and existing civil servant training institutions or enterprises planning to enter this training education.Through research and analysis,it is concluded that the brain drain rate of enterprises is large,which is reflected in the problem of leaving teachers with rich teaching experience in the construction of teachers.The pricing of training course products is relatively high in the civil servant training market in Jilin Province compared to other competitors.In the marketing process,the promotion method is relatively single: it mainly focuses on offline promotion.There is a problem of self-lag in customer demand in the course product development and design.Find out some objective and subjective reasons that enterprises are facing.At the same time,we also saw the opportunities for enterprise development and the advantages of internal companies,helping companies to better seize opportunities and increase profits.Therefore,according to Jilin Huatu Education's own characteristics,the company's STP strategy was further improved,helping the company to formulate a more comprehensive marketing mix strategy that is beneficial to the company's development.It is hoped that Jilin Huatu Education and related education and training industries will be of certain help and inspiration in marketing strategies and methods,and provide corresponding marketing theory and practical basis.
