With the development of education in our country,as well as the demand of society for training,all kinds of training institutions,such as springing up,have added strength to our education.However,many training institutions,because they do not consider the differences between students,do not understand the hearts of students,ignoring the importance of individualized education,which led to the results of training is not ideal.This paper takes Shenyang Ferryman Education Consulting Co.Ltd as the research object,first of all introduced service marketing,STP strategy,SWOT analysis and coach technology,combined with the actual situation of Shenyang Ferryman Education Consulting Co.Ltd,the external environment and internal environment is analyzed based on the company's internal advantages and weaknesses,external opportunities and challenges,and then introduced STP strategy of Shenyang Ferryman Education Consulting Co.Ltd,including market segmentation,target market selection and market positioning,which laid the foundation for Shenyang Ferryman Education Consulting Co.Ltd to develop marketing strategies.The service marketing strategy of Shenyang Ferryman Education Consulting Co.Ltd are introduced,including product strategy,price strategy,channel strategy,promotion channels,personnel strategy,physical evidence strategy and process strategy.Based on this,the author puts forward the implementation and guarantee of the service marketing strategy of Shenyang Ferryman Education Consulting Co.Ltd,including the introduction of coaching technology,internal management and personnel security.Finally,this paper analyzes the enlightenment and the bottleneck of the development for Shenyang Ferryman Education Consulting Co.Ltd to help Shenyang Ferryman Education Consulting Co.Ltd to explore a path conducive to its development.This paper uses field investigation,collecting information method and literature research method to strive to obtain objective and detailed information,provide a reference for Shenyang Ferryman Education Consulting Co.Ltd better business,but also for other training institutions and business management to provide some reference and enlightenment.
