The Programme for the Promotion of Youth Sports Activities clearly states : "The basic requirement of youth physical education is to enable teenagers to master1-2 sports skills ".Through the study of the teaching method of sports games,combining with the lively and active personality characteristics of teenagers,this paper will create a lively and active learning atmosphere in the boring and single tennis teaching class,so as to improve students' interest in learning,and on this basis teach students the special technical movements of tennis,and further promote the improvement of the overall level of juvenile tennis scientifically and reasonably.This study is not only a combination of sports games and the basic technical movements of tennis,but also an exploration and teaching methods of physical education Innovation.The improvement of youth tennis learning efficiency represents the improvement of the overall effect of youth tennis teaching,so as to cultivate a deep mass foundation for tennis events,promote the popularization of tennis,and make a modest contribution to the realization of the national strategic goals of sports power.This experiment recruited 40 sixth-grade students(20 males and 20 females)from the Affiliated School of Shanghai Caoyang No.2 Middle School.They were divided into two groups,namely the sports game teaching group and the traditional mode teaching group,with 20 males and 10 females in each group.From September 2019 to January 2020 were held in the two groups for 13 weeks,1,13 weeks teaching group and traditional teaching group of sports games tennis skills test results and learning psychological testing,the results of the survey lesson once a week,90 minutes of teaching activities,namely sports games using sports games teaching method,faculty of traditional teaching group adopts the model of traditional teaching method.This study compares the difference between sports game teaching method and traditional teaching method by experimental method.The reliability and validity of the tennis learning interest and attitude questionnaire were tested by expert interviews.The interest and attitude of students were investigated by questionnaire survey.By using mathematical statistics,the test results of four skills,including juggling with the bat,shooting down the earth on the wall,shooting down the earth on the bottom line,and underhand service,were obtained.Results: in entry-level tennis skills,sports games take bounce the ball in the faculty to improve the 17.25,to the wall down earth improves the bottom line 19,fixed-point shot down the earth raised 5,40,and serve raised 5.40,traditional teaching group in enhanced 10.60,a racquet toss the ball to the wall down earth raised to 16.30,the bottom line fixed-point shot down earth increased 3.15,to serve to improve the 3.65;In terms of the tennis learning interest and attitude test,the number of people in the sports and games teaching group who are very interested in tennis increased by 25%,the number who are very willing to taketennis lessons increased by 15%,the number who are willing to take tennis lessons increased by 20%,the number who can concentrate increased by 35%,and the number who can complete tasks with teammates increased by 25%.In the traditional teaching group,the number of students who liked tennis decreased by15%,the number of students who didn't like tennis increased by 5%,the number of students who were willing to take tennis lessons decreased by 55% significantly,the number of students who could concentrate decreased by 20%,and the number of students who could complete tasks with teammates decreased by 20%.Conclusion: After 13 weeks of intervention,both physical education and game teaching methods and traditional teaching methods are helpful to improve the tennis skills of beginners of grade 6.Compared with the traditional teaching method,the teaching method of sports games has a better effect on the tennis skill level,learning interest and learning attitude of learners.
